I cannot say enough good things about Done Right Masonry. Brent and his crew went above and beyond to bring my vision for my fireplace to life. They tore out the old work, handled every detail I asked for, and never once made me feel like anything was too much trouble. Every step of the way, they showed up with a smile, authentic craftsmanship, and genuine pride in what they do. His team was fantastic -- hardworking, respectful, and true artisans. You can tell they care about the end result just as much as the homeowner does. My fireplace turned out even better than expected. Brent had a smile, an answer, and encouragement for every challenge we faced. I would recommend Done Right Masonry to anyone looking for skilled masons who take their work -- and their customers -- seriously. Outstanding crew. Outstanding work. Highly recommend. read more

Ray’s Chimney Service

Can't get ahold of this business. Phone is full. Better choices out there in Eagle Riverread more

This was some of my feedback to Ray 1 week after he cleaned my chimney:…read moreGood afternoon, I wanted to provide some feedback regarding the chimney service you provided last Friday. it is important to note my roof required no ladder to access it. The home is built in to the side of a hill and can be walked on 1. Invest in paper covers for your shoes/boots to be used each time you walk through someone's home from outside. You were in and out of the home several times, leaving a trail of dirt each time. Your customers should not have to Vacuum your footprints. This is a standard in most service industries. Not having shoe covers is disrespectful towards your customers homes. 2. Purchase several smaller, narrower attachments for your Shop-Vac. A 5" wide, all purpose vacuum hose doesn't cut it. Generally speaking, I appreciate the inspection and the general cleaning of the chimney, but overall would rate the job as incomplete: 1/5 The reason for such a poor rating is due in part to not having the right attachments with your equipment inventory and not being able to clean around the box itself effectively. In short, you were sloppy, annoyed at having to check another part of the box, and very anxious to get paid and move on. You were in so much of a hurry, you left your ash bucket in the house and I had to chase after you before you sped away. I spent more time vacuuming and cleaning up after you than you spent cleaning the chimney. I received superior service when Randy owned the business. You were called because I still had his contact information. Lesson learned. I will not be using your services again.

I gave this man an honest review. Actually should've taken him to court, but don't need the stress because of age and illness. Now I received a threatening text from him. He lies incessantly. I've never seen anything like it. Live and learn I guess. I wouldn't give him even one star if I didn't have to. He threatened me if I continue to "talk shit" about him. I saved the text. read more

Super friendly, very familiar with the area and with broad building experience to cover just about anything that you need. He quickly assessed the situation and got his emergency team out to help us brace the roof that day. The price for the materials and labor was very reasonable! The carpet installation went well; however, they left the carpet on the main level smelling like urine. It was so bad we had to open windows and doors to air out the house while we finished renovating the home. I called them shortly after to advise them of what happened, to which they apologized for and said they would have someone come back out to reclean and get the smell out. I heard nothing back, so I called again a couple weeks later. Got the same response, that someone would come out to clean the home again. I heard nothing back again. I called in September and in October to check on the status, only to be ignored. I called back in January and spoke with a manager, who immediately scheduled the cleaning appointment for me. Two days before the cleaning, we got a call canceling our appointment, stating that their van was down for maintenance. We rescheduled for two weeks later, only to get yet another call only an hour before our appointment saying that their van was still down. They offered no rescheduling option on that phone call. I ended up hiring another company that day to come out and clean, making us pay double for a carpet cleaning at this point. I called this business back to let them know I found someone else, but got no answer, instead going to voicemail. I tried again a bit later, and then even later, getting the same result each time. I started getting suspicious, so I called them using another phone and they immediately picked up. I attempted to reach out to the owner, Tim, with an explanation of what had occurred and asked him to help rectify this situation, so that I wouldn't have to get to the point of leaving a bad review, but I got no response. I waited 3 weeks and then resent the email to him, asking for a response as soon as he was able to, but I have still yet to get a response. This company is extremely unprofessional, and the customer service is abhorrent. Please consider other companies instead of this one so nothing like this happens to you.
