Spoke with a Michael's Homes representative at the Builders' Show in Marquette several months ago…read moreabout replacing our front porch. On March 14th Michael came to our house to talk to us about our plans. We felt that he understood what we wanted and looked forward to getting an estimate in a week or so. Three months and a few e-mails later we have neither an estimate nor a response to our emails. We understand this may have been a smaller project than what Michael normally takes on but he could have afforded us the common courtesy of a phone call letting us know he wasn't interested in this project. It's too bad because we have several other larger future projects that we thought we would have had Michael's Homes take care of for us.
