I understand it was a busy season fixing up houses after the Father's Day flooding, but, all I did was call to arrange for an estimate for some additional work that still needs to be done to one of my houses. Perhaps it would at some point be a rental to those who were displaced. But, not now. Anyway, we had windows installed last summer, still waiting for the serial numbers for the warranty that we paid for - the numbers are located within the window sash, not easy to see without removing the windows. Over the past three months, I have left voice messages and sent emails to Mike, still no response. The people who run this company do not have the common decency to return calls. They kept the keys for the house for the winter and did not return them until we asked about it. Still have a moisture problem on the interior of the windows even though the house is now heated. When we contacted them about it last year, they said it was because the house wasn't heated. Would not recommend this company.
