The green light for North South traffic was there and yet with a red light the young, dark haired driver in the Loader went through the red light making all traffic stop. No one was disrespectful, we all stopped, no one honked a horn - it was the feeling of "I'm bigger than you as he raised both hands. Calling Oberstar to make sure it was their driver/equipment, Amy laughed and said, well it was a lot of traffic. POOR Attitude.
