Super friendly, very familiar with the area and with broad building experience to cover just about anything that you need. He asked us to reach him via his website to schedule a consultation, which was easy to do. He came out to our home about a week later to help us with a sagging garage roof. He quickly assessed the situation and got his emergency team out to help us brace the roof that day. The price for the materials and labor was very reasonable! They tore out the old work, handled every detail I asked for, and never once made me feel like anything was too much trouble. Every step of the way, they showed up with a smile, authentic craftsmanship, and genuine pride in what they do. His team was fantastic -- hardworking, respectful, and true artisans. You can tell they care about the end result just as much as the homeowner does. My fireplace turned out even better than expected. Brent had a smile, an answer, and encouragement for every challenge we faced. I would recommend Done Right Masonry to anyone looking for skilled masons who take their work -- and their customers -- seriously. Outstanding crew. Outstanding work. Highly recommend.

We hired this company in July 2024 to install some carpet in our downstairs basement and clean all…read morecarpet on the main level. The carpet installation went well; however, they left the carpet on the main level smelling like urine. It was so bad we had to open windows and doors to air out the house while we finished renovating the home. I called them shortly after to advise them of what happened, to which they apologized for and said they would have someone come back out to reclean and get the smell out. I heard nothing back, so I called again a couple weeks later. Got the same response, that someone would come out to clean the home again. I heard nothing back again. I called in September and in October to check on the status, only to be ignored. I called back in January and spoke with a manager, who immediately scheduled the cleaning appointment for me. Two days before the cleaning, we got a call canceling our appointment, stating that their van was down for maintenance. We rescheduled for two weeks later, only to get yet another call only an hour before our appointment saying that their van was still down. They offered no rescheduling option on that phone call. I ended up hiring another company that day to come out and clean, making us pay double for a carpet cleaning at this point. I called this business back to let them know I found someone else, but got no answer, instead going to voicemail. I tried again a bit later, and then even later, getting the same result each time. I started getting suspicious, so I called them using another phone and they immediately picked up. I attempted to reach out to the owner, Tim, with an explanation of what had occurred and asked him to help rectify this situation, so that I wouldn't have to get to the point of leaving a bad review, but I got no response. I waited 3 weeks and then resent the email to him, asking for a response as soon as he was able to, but I have still yet to get a response. This company is extremely unprofessional, and the customer service is abhorrent. Please consider other companies instead of this one so nothing like this happens to you.

As a discerning shopper who seeks quality products and reliable experienced contracted labor, I am…read morevery cautious about what I purchase and who I hire. Garage doors are a niche market and require knowledgeable labor instead of your general handyman or odd jobber. So, when I had to have two new openers installed and had to search for someone I felt was trustworthy and would answer my "test" questions honestly, I was very careful about my decision after educating myself about what the job would entail. The estimated time for a professional in the field according to the installation manual was four hours (two hours for each opener). Once we had the verbal contract and expectations agreed upon, I found the endeavor to go smoothly. The owner, Barry, returned calls in a timely manner and when a medical issue for him caused a rescheduling he provided adequate notice. On the new date he arrived punctually and got right on the task at hand. Unfortunately, his problem with back muscles started to slow him down and midway in the job I started to anticipate an interruption and a need to return on a subsequent date. Instead of giving up Barry doggedly persisted although the pace was slowed considerably. Toward the end when he was in obvious pain he contacted his partner to come to my address after his job was finished to assist him so that my installation could be completed that day. This turned out to be fortuitous because a "glitch" occurred with the second installation and it took both of them to put their heads and hands together to get the opener to work properly. They then explained the basics of the operational functions to me and did the initial coding for the remotes and keypads. Overall, both guys were respectful of me as a homeowner, considerate of my property and very thorough from the time the boxes were opened to the final clean up. Without reservations, I highly recommend Four Seasons for your garage door services. By the way, unless you are highly proficient with a great degree of expertise and experience I do not recommend installing a garage door opener as a do-it-yourself project.
