Not only did they show up on time (actually, early in the AM!), but their professionalism and attention to detail were energizing. What really impressed me? Who knew home improvement could come with a free electrical lesson? The bidet install was smooth (pun intended), and the new outlets look clean, tight, and up to code. Solid work, no short circuits in service here. Already planning to have them back for a few more upgrades--because finding a trustworthy electrician with current knowledge and great attitude? We couldn't be happier with the results and will absolutely be hiring A1 Plus Electric for any future projects.

This is a red flag, but they had done major work on our house years ago, so we went with it. They showed up on time, spent five minutes tightening a wire, got the electric to turn on, and then asked if there was anything else they could do, as they were charging us the full fee. We had them check out a few things we could think of, and they were gone within an hour. You might think, as we did, that that was pricey, but the job got done? NO. five days later, the electric in the garage is out again. We call and they send an estimate with Zeroes in the fee lines, so we OK their return. That morning, a technician comes and asks us how er'e going to pay. Turns out they want to charge us another $800. We called another company, which found the root problem and charged us $200 to fix it. Lesson learned. By the way, the well-praised Todd, who used to be our electrician, no longer works for them.
