Her staff is well-trained, efficient and polite. The food she creates at such a large scale is excellent - one of the best meals I ever had was at a wedding she catered and those of you who have eaten wedding food know how hard this is. Those who have worked with her directly either for their weddings, or corporate events can't say enough about how nice, responsive and flexible she is. She has gained a reputation on working with unique menu needs like vegan, vegetarian etc. If I ever need a caterer for a nicer event I will not hesitate to call Karen.

We had BBQ ribs, pig roast, brisket, sausage, corn(full ears) baked beans, chicken wings, mac/cheese, and more. My daughter was told by a relative from Boston that the food was better than a $50K wedding she went to recently. Enough said, dont hesitate to use them.

My experience is only with catered lunch in a corporate setting, and it is always hands down the best lunch I've ever had, every. single. time!!!!! How does she find fresh veggies year-round!? Incredible! There is so much care and thought put into this food. They must be very particular about their food suppliers. Any fresh ingredient is always perfectly fresh/ripe. The cherry tomatoes and really any veggies are always delicious, bursting with flavor (maybe they use organic which tends to have more flavor?). The salad dressings are all incredible. Apple Cider Vin, Citrus Vin.....o.m.g! The Power Up Salad will make you want to eat salads for every meal - seriously. Also, I was never a fan of pasta salads until I started being adventurous and trying the pasta salads from here. The Bruschetta Pasta Salad - OMG. Also, recently had the Bacon Parmesan Ranch Rigatoni salad.....wowza. Cupcakes, cookies, or other small desserts from here are to die for. I got the Fried Chicken and Garlic Mashed Potatoes with free Cornbread (one protein, one side option). I almost didn't expect the chicken to be crispy since it was pre-made & in foil pans BUT I'm ok with that since I like KFC original (and we all know THAT'S not crispy). The chicken was super tender and super juicy but it seriously had no flavor other than salt. All I could taste was salt. There was nothing complex about the flavor at all. I was really disappointed. BUT I do applaud their Garlic Mashed Potatoes. That was delicious. With the gravy and all. Delicious! Lastly, please don't get me started on the Cornbread. Granted, it was free but that was the sorriest excuse for cornbread. Lord knows I eat almost anything but this wasn't it. And for $16? Nah.

Update on Nov 30, 2025…read more We have once again stayed at this beautiful place and am in awe with their attention to details and the lovely holiday decor. We stayed in the premier king with soaking tub room and everything is described to perfection from the spacious bathroom with the soaking tub to the separate get ready changing room. The overall room and establishment decor is one thing, but what elevates this establishment are the personal human connections with the attentive staffs. A huge shoutout to both Sundiata and Lou for their graciousness and hospitality skills. They along with the restaurant bartender tonight, Ashlynn, continue to make us feel like a home away from home. Having been here a few times and been to their restaurant, we highly recommend this place to both locals and visitors.
