For fresh food to-order, the wait was perfect, nothing excessive. My food was hot, and very tasty. I ate it right away to avoid a super soggy sandwich, I knew I ordered it wet and what to expect. My sandwich was spicy, enough to cause my lips to tingle, but not enough for my nose to run, perfect amount of spice. I enjoyed my sandwich and the customer service from Larry. I was passing through town and needed a quick bite: I can't have specific ingredients and he was extra careful to make sure what I ordered was what I was looking for, and went out of his way to let me try a certain sauce since I couldn't have the others that he thought would pair well with my sandwich.
