This place would normally get a 4 out of 10 for me, because the music and ambiance can be a bit hit or miss, but let me tell you - Re(d)tro Night? Lit. We went hard! DJ Michael? You deserve a raise. He read that crowd down! The focus is on 80's and 90's music, and I felt like he saw that we were really going hard for the 90's hip hop and RB and let it us have it. At some point he gave us some early 2000's rap and we lost it. The last song he played was an early 90s classic and he even got on the dance floor with us. I kept saying, okay once he starts playing music I don't jive with as much, I'll leave and call it an early night. But that never happened! And a full crowd stayed on the dance floor until they had to kick us out! Incredible! Please, Red Coconut, more Re(d)tro Nights!

Btw, if you love a good photo op, this is a great place to stop by to pick your spot for those duck lip photos you know you wanna show off on IG or FB later. There are 3 bars, so be sure to check out each one - they typically have a different specialty selection at each. There is an outside balcony area upstairs off the bar. Bathrooms upstairs and downstairs. Only downside is that they sometimes book private events here, so you might not see it open on your visit.

There are three different choices for seating. A hightop near the bar, regular tables at the bar, sitting at the bar, or sitting at a regular umbrella table by the pool. I guess that makes four options. I chose a high top. The menus are already on the tables and I was quickly seated and greeted by my waitress who asked what I wanted to drink and I ordered a club soda with lime. Yeah variety of good options for appetizers and meals ranging from a hummus salad to burgers to tacos and three kinds of fries including regular potato fries, sweet potato fries, and yucca fries. I opted for the shrimp tacos with a side of sweet potato fries. The sweet potato fries were nice and crispy and quite yummy. The tacos were not great but not awful and came with a green sauce that was pretty tasty. The tacos are included in the order so it made for a decent sized meal. I was surprised when I received the check to find out that they had charged me six dollars for my club soda. Every restaurant I have ever been to has never charge me for a club soda. So they not only charged me for it but charged me twice because I got a refill. When I pointed this out to the waitress she said it is categorized as a soda but after some discussion she removed one of the charges. So I still had to pay three dollars for a club soda. If you're in the hotel and looking for some quick bite that are a decent meal or hanging out by the pool this is a worthwhile option.

Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of our expectations. To start with the positives, Mango's is absolutely beautiful. The décor, atmosphere, and overall aesthetic are impressive and create a vibrant, energetic environment. It's clear that a lot of thought went into the appearance of the venue. However, the dining experience was extremely disappointing. Our party of nine waited over two hours for our food to arrive. To make matters worse, one person in our group received their meal approximately 45 minutes before everyone else. No table should have to watch one guest eat while the rest wait nearly an hour for their meals. There were also issues with order accuracy. One member of our party ordered steak and rice but was served steak and french fries instead. After bringing the mistake to the staff's attention, the rice was never provided, and he was ultimately expected to accept the incorrect order. Service throughout the evening was inconsistent. At one point, our table of nine requested water and was initially given only a single bottle for the entire table. We had to repeatedly ask for additional water and other basic dining needs. What was most disappointing was the lack of resolution. We respectfully brought our concerns to a supervisor, hoping the situation would be addressed appropriately. Unfortunately, the response was underwhelming, and any accommodation offered felt more like an afterthought than a genuine effort to make things right. We came in excited to enjoy a family dining experience at one of Orlando's well-known venues. Instead, we spent much of the evening waiting, following up on missing items, and trying to resolve issues that should not have occurred in the first place. While Mango's delivers on atmosphere and appearance, the service, food timing, and customer care left our family disappointed. We sincerely hope management addresses these issues, because the venue itself has the potential to provide a much better experience than what we received.

When I first arrived there around 7pm, which is there opening time, the security staff were just showing up, and they didn't think the facility was opened yet. So I went to my restaurant first, had dinner, then came back around 8:30. The place was open, and there was no line. Security staff screened me using a handheld metal detector, and kindly let me in. They did inform me that I could not bring outside food with me, but were very nice to valet it for me. I directly went to the bar and just had a diet coke for 4 dollars. Yup, it's a little pricey, but what did you expect for a tourist area? Honestly, I didn't come here for the food and drinks. It's obvious you know why I came. The star attraction is of course, the mechanical bull. It's not a PBR without the bull, and there were a few people riding it. Of course, I took a ride too, and had a lot of fun (hint: if you want a fun ride at your own pace, be sure to tip the ride operator). The operator did an excellent job controlling the bull at my desired pace, and it was a great practice for the real thing (yes my friends, I been cleared to ride the real ones again ). After riding, I headed back out. Security and check in area gave me my bag back and wished me farewell. I was quite impressed with the great service and friendly staff, especially from security (the bouncers). They took great care of me, and mechanical bull operator did a great job giving everyone a fun ride. The music was pretty loud and they were some people line dancing too. The bar area is both indoors and outdoors, so if you don't want to go though security or pay cover charge, you can still drink outdoors. But the indoor area has the better vibe, and the bull ride, so it is better to be indoors. There were saddle seats too, but they were occupied when I was there. I wasn't sure what's the cover charge as I had a coupon to get in for free. This country bar is definitely much better than the defunct Cowgirls bar that was at Icon Park. The vibes here seemed a lot better. The drinks looked to be a bit expensive, but at least the bull rides are free if you buy a food or drink. And parking is validated too. So it's well worth it for a bull ride and free parking to go through the friendly security check and buy a food or drink. Overall: A

The place is incredibly packed, more than a normal club. The bartenders are scarce and it is very hard to get a drink. Try screaming your loudest at a bartender and see if he or she can decipher anything you're saying. You have to use sign language to make your drink order. I don't know what the sign language for vodka sour was so I had to point at other people's drinks and just make it happen somehow. The club was so packed with such shady people that guys would just randomly come up to my group of girls and start staring at them and then dancing all up on them without any kind of permission. Some of them even pushed away and they still kept doing it. On the bright side, the music was very good. They chose alot of Reggaeton. The population seemed to be mainly Puerto Rican, I suppose that's why. They also had a decent DJ. Other than that, I see no reason coming back ever again. It is free for everybody to get in before midnight but at midnight, guys have to pay $10. Drinks are horrendously expensive though. I've been to so many better night spots in Orlando.
