Wall Street Plaza is located across the street from the Heritage Square Park, home of the Orange County Regional History Center. It was created in 1995 as a premier entertainment complex with bars, restaurants, and nightclubs, it hosts block parties, live music, and sporting events along with special events for Halloween, New Year's Eve, and Oktoberfest. Every weekend they have block parties on Friday and Saturday nights. On a recent Sunday afternoon, downtown Orlando seemed pretty dead until we came upon Wall St. Plaza where all the party people were living it up. Venues are set in historic buildings and include Rivals Activity Bar, Rodeo All American Bar, Fixtion, Cantina, Warped Pour, The Monkey Bar, and the Hen House. In the middle is an open area plaza with tables and chairs where people can drink, hang out, and watch sports events on the large screens. The ownership behind Gilt Nightclub purchased half of Wall Street Plaza back in March 2022 including Sideshow, Wall Street Cantina, Waitiki, and Monkey Bar. The other properties, on the north side of the street, including Bellhop, Hooch, Shine, and The Hen House, stayed under the original ownership of Joel Springman. We came to have cocktails at Bellhop which was much quieter than the activity outside but this looks like a really fun place to get food and a drink. I look forward to coming back and exploring more of the businesses. read more

This was a cool area in Orlando filled with different bars. I saw online they have several concerts and DJ performances here and wanted to check it out. You have to go through the main entrance and get scanned by security before entering. From there you can bounce around to several bars with different themes and music. They had basketball games playing on the large projector. They had bars in the courtyard area as well as in the different buildings. It was a Friday night and there was a large crowd of people dressed in banana outfits. I asked security what was going on and he said there was a banana bar crawl going on. I went online and saw they had their annual event in Orlando. It was entertaining to see all the people hanging out and playing games in banana outfits. That was a unique experience for me. This is the part of Wall Street that is blocked off with bars on each side. This space is perfect for block parties, which it is used for often. When I went, it was blocked for a vegan festival. There were plenty of food trucks this time. I went to a Puerto Rican truck and had the best Mofongo I've ever had! The guy running the truck was so sweet! He definitely hooked us up! My wife and I come here every year for Halloween. They close the street off for a massive block party that is awesome and always memorable. It's $5 to get in and there is a police presence which I personally like because you never know when something can get out of hand. There are beautiful ladies serving cold beer on the street and several bars to choose from if you want mixed drinks or wine instead. You are free to roam pretty much anywhere with your drink. There is a large stage outside with live music and a costume contest. This year my wife coerced me into participating in the costume contest which was really fun. During intermissions there is a DJ keeping the mood happening. Additionally, the Wall Street adjoining bars/restaurants all have dance music playing as well. If you have never been here before I would definitely stop by for a visit. The City of Orlando closes the street down multiple times a year for large events like this and they are always worth going to. read more

Went here 10-28-2023 for the Halloween party. $20 to get in not a big deal. They had a bar set up in the middle of the street with no line so we went there. Ordered a Jim beam double and some seltzer can beer/drink. She charged me $37.94 and didn't give me a receipt. I'm guessing she added a big tip for herself. Crazy Street when the night fall. I glad that Orlando has this street that have a control of crowd with correct age to be enter. It make it easy for bar hopping and only check your ID once and you are in the street of bars. This exiting street will be pack of do not have the light rain. There are at least more than 10 bars along this street. They include the Sideshow, Wall Street Cantina, Monkey Bar and etc. if you visit, don't forget the upstairs bars. The Wall Street plaza bring the party to the street other than their own bar. They are place fence of with bull ride if you can withstand the 8 seconds of tossing. The street is lighted with light hanging over you. A lot of young people party and having fun. There are people dancing, talking, have couple of beer of their choice. This is totally a bar crawl district in Orlando. I loved it, and it made me think of Rush and Division in Chicago. I loved how there are different themes in each of the bars. There's inside and outside seating areas. There's fun music and a variety of music where ever you go. It's fun that you can drink right in the middle if the street. We were here for RumFest and it was a blast! Full of bars, and tents offering different drinks with different types of rum, who would not give this five stars??? Even with all the people attending the event everything was pretty organized. After event is over, you can just stay and spend the rest of the night there at any of the many bars or go to any of the clubs at just walking distance. Man this place was poppin during St. Patty's Day!! They charge cover which wasn't too bad like $5 i think. But this place is pretty small for how many people were there. It got to the point where I felt like I was standing in the middle of everyone's walk way. I couldn't find a spot where we could just stand and chill. If you come to these block parties you definitely need to be drunk otherwise you might get annoyed with all the pushing and shoving and all obnoxious dunktards running around. Luckily I was in a happy mood but I can see myself wanting to knock a few bitches out [girls and guys] One of the bars was playing their music soooo loud that it was mixing with the music playing outside. It was quite annoying because it sounded like a VERY BAD mix. We ended up going inside one of the bars because the outside was getting too packed. As a former event coordinator and promo girl, I'm pretty familiar with the downtown scene. I've experienced my fair share of memorable nights, forgettable events, and lost cell phones, purses, cameras and more while hitting the bars in Orlando. I've come to find a few staples for any weekend drinking excursions, and Wall St. is definitely one of them. Though it can be pretty tricky to navigate on a rainy evening, Wall St. offers 8 bars for 1 cover, and each one has something to please the pickiest of bar snobs. The drinks are strong, and while some people consider them expensive (try going to Vegas if you're one of those), they pack double the alcohol of your typical drink. A shot is practically a full drink, and is served in a rocks glass. Shot glasses don't exist at Wall St. I've heard Wall St. connoisseurs called 'pretentious' and 'stuck up' before, but with the variety of bars, in my opinion, there are a ton of different options in one place and you should be able to find a spot that works for you. Here's the rundown: Cantina: A laid back, grab some food and beers drinking spot. This is one of the three bars on the strip with actual dining tables and typically, also waitress service. If you're looking to grab a bite and a casual drink, this is definitely the spot for you. One-Eyed Jacks and Loaded Hog: While these are technically separate bars, they're attached and a lot of overflow trickles back and forth between the two. One-Eyed's is the place to go to watch the big game, grab a beer, and get fast service. They also have a stage up front with a pole, which provides endless entertainment for both the guys and girls, as the chicks who dare to climb up are usually too drunk to know better, and have more Knocked Up style dance moves than Step Up. Let me put it to you another way- Rachel's would never come to Wall St. to recruit new talent. Loaded Hog is kind of like every other dive bar in the area. One bar, a few tables and chairs, a narrow space, and strong drinks. Great to stop in when the line's too long at One-Eyed's, but never a fixed spot. Slingapours: It's definitely gotten it's nickname, Sling-a-__re's, for a reason. While it's a great place to dance and usually the DJ plays a mix of top 40 and rap, the crowd can get a little crazy with their moves. If someone gets kicked out of Wall St. for shady behavior, I'm also willing to bet about 80% of those drunks get the boot here. Tuk Tuk Room/ The Globe: Similar to Hog, Tuk Tuk room is a pit stop between the two main attractions at this end of the street. The bar is never as packed as the walk-up outside Slingapour's, so it's a great spot to grab your drinks and leave an open tab. The Globe is a more upscale, loungy offering with a similar feel to Cantina. You can relax, get some food, grab a table, and check out the crazy block partiers and passersby in a bit more comfortable environment then Cantina. Waitiki: One of my favorite bars for their strong drinks, fast service, and sadly now defunct,Twitter drink specials. If you're not a dancer but still want to hear current music, Waitiki is probably for you. Monkey Bar: I think a lot of bar hoppers often even forget about Monkey Bar, or are too drunk to find the elevators. It's a great lounge spot with a bit more decor/ vibe to it than any of the other bars, and is upstairs, providing a great view of the antics on the street below. There are some really great areas to have your own semi-private party; it's kind of like VIP area without the expensive table service fees. And of course, Wall St's review would not be complete without going into further details about the block party. This is the ONLY spot in downtown Orlando you won't get arrested for carrying your drinks around out on the street, which is a major bonus when you just bought a yard-long margarita (try it) and your friends want to hop to the next bar. On busy nights, outdoor bars are set up so you don't have to make the exhausting trip a few feet down the road back to one of the indoor bars, and there are frequently beer pong, cornhole, and other crazy tournaments set up for the gamers. One final note: Rumfest and Beerfest are both held at Wall St., and are major bargains, so don't miss them! Rumfest is coming up in a few weeks, and it's a measly $20 for all you can drink rum- and not the well kind, either! All in all, of course no bar can accommodate every single walk of life happily, but Wall St. is one of those staples that you have to hit every once in awhile, no matter if you're a punk rocker, pop princess, dive bar guy, or anything in between. read more

Wall St. is the place to go downtown. Especially if your entertaining visiting guests, it's worth showing off this awesome 'outside/inside/street party' venue. A quick check with security and you have access to 4 bars (I know there's more in the middle but I don't count those). This is really the 'place to go' as you run into EVERYONE. While Church St. and the surrounding have a variety of fun and cool places to go and enjoy a night out, everyone someone or at some point finds Wall St. It's a fun atmosphere, especially on those cool and nice nights and when live music is going on! As others have said, it's kind of just eh. I could take it or leave it. I've been a few times now, but have never rushed to go back. We went today because of City Skip Day. Free beer until the kegs run out. A few $2 specials. I'm not a beer drinker, so I had a couple of the $2 ciders. We had a good time. Lots of vendors. I wish there would have been a bit more covered seating outside without taking up restaurant space. Our friends found a bench. We protected it with our lives for the rest if the day! lol I was also expecting to have to use portopotties with a large event. So I was happy that I could go in a restaurant and use theirs without any waiting. My disappointment came near the end of the day when one of our friends had too much to drink. I went to the bar to get her a cup of ice water. I guess I'm used to bars that will give that to you. A place like Wall Street is not normally a go to for me. This multi-bar area is usually busy with the hard partiers, bachelorette groups, and out of towners. If you are looking for party central you have arrived. Each bar has its own set up and theme so visit each one while you're there. The best part of this area is that on the weekends it is sort of fenced in so that all the bars can spill out into the brick paved area (that was at once time a through street). Every year our group of friends have made it a tradition to attend Rumfest. We have had an amazing time every time we go and our group seems to get larger every year. Rumfest is a block party on Wall Street Plaza that takes place from 5pm-8pm. Entrance fee is $20 online and $25 at the gate to drink unlimited for 3 hours. However, one of my friends was lucky to win tickets!! so we got in Free!! The theme was island paradise. They have a variety of rum drinks from where you get a 6oz cup and try the best from Bacardi DonQ Silver and Blackbeard spiced. They have a DJ playing music all night long. All the bars open up. I love the feel of this place, but the drinks and staff are pretty bad. Go for the outdoor vibes. As long as there is a crowd you'll have a good time. But when it's dead it's just a bummer. I think the best way to describe this place on a Saturday night is Spring break minus the beach. The bars are dirty, the drinks are strong, and I was half expecting Tila Tequila to jump out of the corner and host one of those spring break game shows where people wrestle in foam or jello or something. The crowd is made up of typical frat boys, girls decked out in butt baring dresses, and token old biker men who don't belong in that setting and give you that creepy dirty feeling. Wall Street! I have the most randomly fun nights when I go to Wall Street. It's more relaxed than your typical club scene but you can still dance, drink and have a great time. Located off of Orange Ave. there are 7 bars located in this plaza. Each one being themed a little bit different and playing different music, if you like bar hopping this could be the spot for you. There are also outdoor bars and seating for those who, like me, enjoy people watching. Shine is my favorite bar when I go inside. They play a good mix of hip hop and pop music. There are two rooms and an outdoor seating area. Shine is probably the largest bar in the plaza. Most of the bars offer a full dining menu as well and are open for lunch, happy hour and dinner. It's not just a party spot. Wall Street also hosts several events throughout the year such us cultural related parties, concerts, alcohol-related events (duh!) like the tequila fest and watch parties during different sports seasons. Most nights Wall Street is free, but they charge sometimes during special events like those listed above. I would definitely recommend Wall Street to anyone looking for a good time. read more

Orlando is the land of strip malls but this is cool. It is a very bro atmosphere and yes there are people there that are drunk and cause problems. But this is the case with any place that lets anyone over 21 in with no selectivity. Fortunately there was plenty of security and also the police hanging out to stop troublemakers quickly. In my opinion the bars on Wall Street aren't much different from all the rest...they're all fairly dirty, way too crowded, filled with horny men and girls who are not wearing enough clothing and reek of cigarette smoke and liquor. This place is always busy on the weekends, and with fences closing off both ends, it makes it hard to move from one side to the other. However, when I do venture downtown this is my favorite place to go. I'm not sure why, but I love it. My favorite bar of the 8 "unique" in the plaza is monkey bar. I'll give you one guess as to why it's called that...give up?! Because the decor consists of provocatively dressed and positioned monkeys. The reason this one in particular is my favorite is because I love the laid back, yet energetic atmosphere and the fact that they serve yummy martinis. While their martini menu features fun and different flavors, I usually end up ordering a dirty martini...so good! Overall, you'll probably get the best bang for your buck at Wall Street on the weekend because it's only one cover for 8 bars. The drink specials vary based on the time of day, which bar you're at and the occasion, if there is one. However, I would strongly urge you to avoid this place on holidays, especially cinco de Mayo and Halloween because it gets ridiculously CRAZY and the prices are jacked up by almost 50%. read more
