The stage outside is a nice setup, and they have tables set up to watch and even some more comfortable chairs. The inside is about what you'd expect for a pub like this, and that's a compliment. Plenty of seating at the bar and a few smaller tables, plus a pool table, jukebox, TVs, etc. Prices can't be beat (also helps that I live in Chicago so drinks there get pretty pricey!). The bartender was super attentive and friendly, and also helpful when I was looking for a particular beer. They didn't have it, but he suggested an alternative that was delicious! I didn't get any food, so I can't comment on that. But overall a nice atmosphere.

Friendly service. It's way too crowded on weekends; they should just call it Super Spreader Saturday. I'm not really sure that having live bands and a packed house is the responsible thing to do during a pandemic - certainly a violation of the 25% capacity rule. I won't go, but I guess to each his own. Be careful out there; the police like to cruise Old Peshtigo Road, and it's impossible to get a taxi to go out there to get you if you have too much to drink

The food is fantastic and such a welcome change from the usual bar menu. Everything I've had has been delicious, and the prices are more than fair for the quality and portion sizes. I also love that they're always mixing up the entertainment. Whether it's live bands or different styles of music, there's always something new going on, so no two visits feel exactly the same. The bar is top-notch too. Great selection of top-shelf liquor, beers, and seltzers, and they don't water down the drinks. You definitely get what you pay for. What keeps me coming back, though, is the atmosphere. The staff and the people there are genuinely friendly. I've brought friends from out of town several times, and without fail they always tell me what a great place it is and how much they enjoyed the evening. The Lodge on Main has that rare combination of great food, strong drinks, live music, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to stay longer than you planned.
