Definitely not stingy. It came with tortilla chips and a small container of salsa. The flavor was light. My husband got the chicken tender platter which came with a generous amount of chicken and fries. I helped him eat some of the fries which were cooked pretty well. Coconut Charlie's is a great, convenient option especially if you're spending the day at the beach!

The bar's OWNER is Tiki Tim. That's his nickname, not a description of the bar. Yes there are some tiki type decorations, and yes, the place is actually a dive bar, But they have an absolutely fantastic kitchen so Tiki Tim's is well worth visiting. I ordered the Loaded Crab Cake Bloody Mary ($26.99). This exceptional Bloody Mary comes with a Bloody Mary Chaser! The chaser had 6 green olives. The Bloody Mary itself had: 4 pcs Celery 2 slices of Bacon 3 Mini tomatoes 4 lg shrimp 1 Crab cake burger It's a meal as well as a drink. Nice kick, too. The menu has several different Bloody Mary options. I also ordered the Blue Crab Fries ($14.51). A huge dollop of blue crab dip on seasoned fries. Enough dip for all the fries. Really good salads, as you can see by the pictures, a nice job on the chicken wings, a BLT that was pretty tasty; the butternut squash soup was OK, pretty thick and not hot at all. One was returned to the kitchen to be heated up. There was a chicken dip that really didn't hit the spot, and the tortilla chips that came with it seem to be past their prime. As for the fried mushrooms. I found them pretty much ordinary. A nice surprise were the brussels sprouts with balsamic and goat cheese. Really really good. Overall, I would give the food about a 3 1/2 stars at the service five stars so what averages out around four stars. Like I said it looks like a nice place to hang around and have a couple of beverages and a little something to eat.

Parking is free, which is a plus, but it is pretty limited, so that's something to keep in mind. Overall, a solid spot with a great vibe.
