They have the shuffle board table, the one with the metal pieces, sand, and a long table (not the old school one on the green courts) It is a smoking bar-- you will leave smelling. Bartender is very nice and fun. Cheap cheap drinks. They had live music both nights we went, but I did see a juke box as well. It does appear to be a locals bar, but they didn't mind us being loud and rowdy. As I said, defi. a dive bar, but so much fun if you make it to be!

Now as a musician (20 years behind the Sax) I would rather have root canal work done without anesthetic rather than torture myself by going to the bar on Karaoke night, but since my lady is 1300 miles away, I figured I'd support my local bar rather than having a Valentine drink alone at home. Drinking alone is supposedly a sign of a serious degenerate. I admit to be being a degenerate, but I'm not serious. So off to Sneaky D's I went. Actually, it wasn't that bad. My guess is that most of the really awful vocalists got knocked out in the first round, so this was actually easy listening. Some of the contestants even had good chops. I think that several of the $4 per shot specialty drinks called 'Scoobie Snacks' helped. It is a very deceptive drink. I didn't feel like a wallflower either, since there seemed to be plenty of ladies who were in need of a dance partner. Sir Peter to the rescue. Now, I'm not a hoofer; but I'm not shy, either. So I was willing to stumble around the dance floor in my clumsy way. What I lack in skill I make up for in enthusiasm. I almost hate to admit it, but I had fun. And I got some Valentine's hugs and a couple of chaste kisses. What knight in shining armor could ask for more?
