If you're a regular climber and have the endurance to make several climbs in a night, then it's probably worth it for you. I usually only end up doing a few climbs before my hands get tired, or before I hurt my neck looking down. That being said, they offer shoe and harness rentals for an additional cost, and they do have membership options. There is also a summer camp/break camp offered for kids. I know they've offered weekend yoga in the past but not sure if that's still applicable. And in addition to standard climbing, there are a few auto belay climbs and a high ropes course as well. The best part about coming here is the owner's dog, Daisy, freely roams and hangs out.

I've done…read moreziplining in various countries, like Switzerland, and it always felt like too much worry about safety stuff when all you wanted was to enjoy the rush and the views. But kudos to Chris and Steve, our two guides, who basically did all the work of clipping and unclipping the carabiners. They maximized safety...which supercharged the fun. Also yay to the office staff on site who answered my distress phone call because at the traffic circle on South Hill Road I didn't know where to park my car (alongside the road). Variety was the watchword of this adventure. Firstly, you get to ride a short but nice bumpy distance in an old Army "deuce and a half" truck to the first zipline...lucky me, I got to sit up front with the driver, and had a nice look at the circular roof where a gunnery turret would have been. And got to sit in the back of this 2.5 ton military bad boy. Very cool! Then there's the introductions and safety talk. Bravo to the guides for remembering all 12 of our names. They always addressed you by your first name, and made you feel welcomed and they'd invite you by name to step up when it was your turn to fly. They also were kind and helpful, answering questions, and checking in with each guest to see if they were okay. And here's a small detail I noticed, they were gentle about handling the heavy trolley and returning it to the clip on your hip so it didn't bang on your leg or knee. Very thoughtful. As for the ziplines, there are a total seven, and it goes from shortest to longest, each one different, which is a very clever design, acclimating you to the gear, how it's used, getting you confident with safety procedures and various other instructions which at first make eyes glaze. The guides were cool about brain farts being entirely normal and conquerable. And in concert with the smart course design -- adios Fear and Uncertainty...the course AND the guides build your confidence. So by the 3rd zipline, if there was any trepidation -- totally gone. And helloooo, there's a zipline with a kids slide, you start seated and gravity sends you down the slide and....FUNnnnnn!!! About variety. There are wobbly suspension bridges to cross, three total...and a coupla uphill hikes, it levels out just when you think your legs are gunna fall off....yayyyyy for that. And it was so lovely that our guides told people to rest if they needed to rest, to take our time, no rush...some did, and some just booked up the mountain, your pace, your day to enjoy. AND there were different positions to learn -- the cannonball (to go faster) and the snowflake (to slow yourself down). The guides instruct you when to do what, and where to deploy what you just learned. Brilliant!!! About Chris and Steve. Friendly...quietly funny... super helpful, knowledgeable, both were a calming presence...professional and safety conscious. And it doesn't hurt they are easy on the eyes...They had winning smiles and put you at ease asap, if ever you felt at all nervous, they banish it asap by making constant checks on your gear...they keep things well organized and equitable (if you are always last, don't worry you will get to go first!)....And they give instructions clearly and concisely. They brake your speed expertly, nothing to worry about. They do all the work, and set you up for maximum fun. When I got down from the mountain, I immediately encouraged the first six people I encountered to put the zipline canopy tour on their "MUST DO" list. Especially now with the leaves changing. Also, i thought the construction of the course looked very respectful of the trees and the natural surroundings, so zip awayyyyyy!!!!! I haven't stopped smiling about my experience on Bristol Mountain. TIP: I went solo, but they nicely handle groups...if you go with someone, you have a friend there to take pics of you in the trees and flying over the trees. PROS: Professional staff who take safety seriously. Emphasis on fun! Great for kids and teens...the guides really watch out for everyone, but especially for them. CONS: Didn't respond to my email and phone call about weather cancellation procedures. Took two days before I heard from someone. I nearly cancelled due to possible rain, but so glad I just rescheduled. Highly Recommend!!! Ask for Chris, he's a great leader!

She's usually very shy. Very safe and exciting experience. The last platform was pretty scary because you have to step off and go straight down. I froze and couldn't do it, but Audrey talked me through it until she finally gave me a little shove and I was off! Just what I needed!!! Much fun was had by all. Wet and foggy day only added to the experience.

Super friendly staff and there's a local community feel to the gym, which is a huge draw. Drive me nuts that kids events don't start until like 10 so was so excited that Cayuga Clinbs Toddler Time is from 8:30 to 9:45 it's the perfect time for a kids activity. The space is great for letting kids runaround and try climbing. My daughter love finding the cow on top of one of the climbing wall every time we go. Sorry if no one else has found it since she doesn't let go of it easily once she finds it. It's reasonably priced $15 per toddler and you don't have to pay for the adults like you would a children's museum but you do have to watch your own kids. My twins get so excited to go, seriously one of the best events for toddlers in the area. Typically twice a month on Sundays but it does not have a consistent schedule so again get on the mailing list so you're informed when the next event will take place.

They were super flexible with your capabilities and encouraged you to go for it while maintaining safety. Everyone flew. And they even did flying with catching! It was great! After each turn, the instructor on slack that would call each movement, would go over your run. He'd give suggestions of what you did well and what to aim for next time. The new women did great. Just shows that this group was really great with how they instruct. I hope to catch some of their cloud swing workshops. But I will definitely be back!!!!!

We brought our 2 girls (ages 6 & 12) to Roc City Circus for their trapeze test flights. I was more…read morethan a little nervous after watching the professionals demonstrate how to fly (and flip) However, they checked and double-checked their harnesses and spent some individual time with each of them explaining what to do and what not to do. Plus, they were so upbeat and happy that my worries quickly turned to excitement. After they were finished with their safety discussion, my 12yr old (always the dare-devil) got right up there and loved every minute of her fly...she did exactly what she was supposed to do and did an amazing job! My 6yr old (who had been uncharacteristicly quiet and apprehensive since we arrived) started to cry She said she was scared and didn't want to fly, but Daddy surprisingly offered to take her place (even though he's always been terrified of heights). My 12yr old and I watched her as she watched him and then she turned to us and said, "If Daddy can do it, so can I" and that little girl did not falter for a second. She marched up that ladder and stood on that platform with her head held high. You could've heard a pin drop. Everyone in the place stopped what they were doing to watch this little angel stand up to her fear. I kept waiting for her to change her mind, but her determination to "be strong like daddy" gave her the courage to grab onto that trapeze and jump! As she flew through the air, smiling ear to ear, the whole place erupted into cheers! It was such a special moment and I was so grateful to these complete strangers who made this adventure all the more memorable for our baby girl. ROC City not only gave my whole family an experience they will never forget, but it gave my youngest the confidence and pride to continue trying new things And now, I have 2 dare-devils Thank you Roc City!

The kids preferred this childcare center over the Penfield location. They said it seemed cleaner and there was not gum all over the surfaces. The wellness center was decent. Not a ton of machines but enough. It was surprisingly slow for a Saturday and I had my choice of machines. I liked the electronic lockers here. The outdoor pool is really what makes this location stand out. I wish there were more shady areas poolside. The slide is fun (and fast). Kids loved the splash pad. The only aspect I was unhappy with was how basic the changing rooms were by the pool. They could use an update to be modernized. The changing rooms were as basic as you can get. No stalls strictly for changing. We enjoyed this location and would come back for the pool.

I asked him what he was doing and also was waiting to see if anyone was following behind looking for him and, no one! Not one person was searching for my 3 year old son. I brought him back in and said he got out the door and found me in the lobby and the response from a male worker was "oh". . Not a "oh. I'm sorry" or "oh my goodness I apologize ". Mind you, I am supposed to trust people with my kid's life. Let me also say that he knows how to push the handicapp door button to get the doors open so had I not been in the lobby sitting down, he would have walked right out the front doors. Interesting this place tried to pin neglect on me when they are the ones having neglected my son. I stopped going to this branch a long time ago.
