The ladies that work here are fabulous, friendly, helpful and fun, it's like shopping with your girlfriends. The staff is amazing, helpful, knowledgeable & caring. My review refers to the dishonest owner, Kimberly who without informing her clients recenlty took it upon herself to break the orginal signed contract that was provided upon becoming a consigner. Now, without our knowledge or informing her consigners, anythingshe puts on sale goes into her pocket. We no longer earn our commission which was included in the original contract whenever items go on sale. Shame on her- she so GREEDY. I was wondering why I stopped receving any money when I still had plenty of items for sale. I immedicately picked up any remaining items so she could not make money off my items and not receive anything at all. This is illegal and she should be held accountable. I will NEVER consign with Sweet Repeeet ever again and have relayed this information to anyone I know who is consigning with her. I will be contacting BBB. read more

My first shopping experience here was very pleasant! The gal who was working when I visited was friendly & wore her mask the entire time I was there. There is a fan that you can use in the try on room which I thought was super nice. The shop is clean & very well organized (and there's a clearance rack!). I thought this little consignment shop was a goldmine, until I purchased a pair of Nine West boots that appeared to be okay, but after wearing for just 4 hours the soles on both boots completely fell apart. I realize there are no returns or refunds, but sheesh - when someone spends their hard earned money for something that shouldn't have been in the store in the first place, you would think they would make an exception. I took the boots to a cobbler and was told they couldn't be repaired, too far gone. Then he showed me what to look for in the future - dry soles will look gray instead of black, and if I had bent them back and forth they would have cracked and shown their poor condition immediately. A lesson learned for me and other shoppers, and one I hope Sweeet Repeeet will learn from too. I do want to say that the selection overall and the staff were very nice during my visit. So I would shop here again, but be more careful about checking condition before purchasing. Their return policy doesn't allow for any quality control. read more

Amazing clothing!!! I find it to be incredible clothes , shoes jewelry!!!! Unfortunately one of the ladies there was very unpleasant and cold while I was paying for my purchase!! I find it to be very racist!!! Because all white people she was wishing them a safe dry day out there because it was raining Im a very educated Latin women on my day off looking comfortable and she was very short and unpleasant! They do a wonderful job at merchandising and organizing the items and the shop has a cute "fun" atmosphere. Parking is usually available right out front on El Camino Real. The prices are fair and reasonable. I think the shop is run by a mother-daughter duo and they are always cheery and friendly. High end new or lightly used clothing, handbags , & accessories . Sandy is a sweetheart and ready to help. The regular prices seemed to be a bit steep for used items. However the sale rack is where the real treasures are found. For example, I found a beautiful blue eyelet lace Ralph Lauren blouse for $6.00. One pair of shoes was only $4 more brand new from Amazon. Another pair brand new was $200 more. So it is prudent to do research. Thrift stores can sometimes smell like dirty socks. This one does NOT!!! It looks and feels like a trendy, stylish boutique. Moving and need to give up some treasures. Called and even though I spoke very clearly they kept talking as if I answered their question in a different way. This obviously means they were not listening and just talking on auto pilot. I came in with clothes and they said they were limited in what they could take. I was told this 4 times and said it was fine but I had stuff for them to look at. They didn't even look. Said it was too much. I found these GORGEOUS leather knee high boots for only $45 and not a scratch on them! The ladies are extremely helpful, and sweet too! Sad!! Feel taken Advantage of!! I called the owner and told her I had a bunch of higher end clothes I wanted to sell with my 12 year old daughter. She said she would be interested in perhaps a bulk deal even though she usually only consigns. I told her we had 300 plus items and agreed that I should come now. My daughter was so happy...... So we went there and she was nice enough (her daughter was very nice) and quickly picked out 5 very nice items including one tagged brand new outfit off the top in 3 minutes and didn't have time to look through it all......they were about to close..... I had mentioned, we may do the swap meet this weekend to get rid of the stuff (she doesn't buy) because money was needed.... when she heard "swap meet" she said "yea you should throw all this stuff on the lawn and sell em for a dollar each!!" Nice Ralph Lauren, Nordstrom's, Ann Taylor, Burberry, Pendelton etc...?? She never even looked at 95% of the items, in fairness it was a BIG mound on hangars in my car, but how could she label them a dollar each? I think she was prepping us to buy cheap because she had already picked a few things out that she wanted.... That's when she offered us $10 for 5 items!! (very nice items, that she clearly wanted)... ....She seemed nice so I didn't want to say no (my fault for not speaking up) but we drove away feeling like we got robbed!! ! I'd hate for my daughter to see the probable $20-$50+ each price tags I'm sure she'll put on our stuff...She could have been fair, good business is a dual win ..... :( read more

Not sure why the "not currently recommended" reviews were removed, as my experience was very similar. Felt the tone of the staff a bit demeaning. I had only 2 items, both of which were worn once & high end, and found the staff's intention was to point out the most insignificant flaw to devalue the item. I would have respected a simple "no thank you". However, given the pricing within the store (fairly expensive), I found the exit offer of $15 to be a bit embarrassing. I chose to donate clothes to a worthy cause. Bottom line, the clothes in this store are second hand - not new & unless on sale, not inexpensive. read more
