I went in on a Monday and the gentleman behind the counter was very professional . I could tell he was listening as he asked questions to ensure he was getting everything I said correct. I was sent the layout of the banner to get my final okay . They had made a spelling error but quickly noticed it and when Friday came I received a call from the company that my banner was finished. I called and told him I sent him an email and then he would go...ummm oh look there it is, as if he never saw the email and that he was just clueless on the situation. I found a much better place in Chili and couldn't be happier that I went with a different option then Blue Marble.

I needed to repair the clasp on my silver necklace and visited here after reading their reviews…read moreonline. It was a quiet Thursday afternoon and the cashier was able to meet with me right away to discuss my jewelry. She showed it to the jeweler, Mark, who was able to determine that the old clasp could be easily removed and replaced with a nearly identical clasp of the same sterling silver. He did the entire process in less than 5 minutes and the whole repair cost a very reasonable $10. This necklace has a great deal of sentimental value and I was thrilled to have it fixed with such speed and professionalism. I'll be sure to recommend Nulton to anyone who needs jewelry repaired. Looking around their showroom, they also make some lovely original pieces, too!

I had come in to receive a service, and he was huffing and puffing when he took a look at how much it was going to be and kept making comments about how it's going to be expensive with the amount of stones on my band. He offered me a discount, which I very much appreciated. I had thanked him and explained to him that my family had been coming to this place for years to which he responded, "yeah but you didn't buy the ring from us". There were some other comments made, but I didn't process what had happened to me in the store until I got into my car. After talking to my parents and friends, I realized this was not acceptable behavior. The other man that had walked up to me was very sweet, but my experience as a whole sucked.
