Ok , so where do I begin.... They don't have the biggest selection but I found a sweatshirt for a…read morereasonable price. However when I went to purchase it , I was told it was priced incorrectly ( by 10.00 ). I was also purchasing several items which would of made my total bill over a hundred dollars. But let's get back to the sweatshirt..... when I asked if he would honor the price it was ticketed , the most rudest man behind the counter said ABSOLUTELY NOT!! I explained that I felt since it was ticketed that price , he should honor it. ... well he just got even nastier and said he was going to refund me everything. I just can't believe his business sense or should I say lack of. Besides he doesn't sell authentic Cortland apparel for the prices he wants to charge. Do yourself a favor and go to the school store. Better quality and much nicer staff!

Answered the phone in a very unprofessional way not even identifying the business and when I asked if I could swing by to get some help with design and pricing of a very large T shirt order I was told I should probably just go to their website and try to do things back and forth on the internet. Definitely seemed like they didn't want or need my business. Just called one of their competitors in Pittsford and received a much more professional and helpful response so headed there now

I also made requests to have shirts designed. I received my designed shirts and they were perfect. The shirts also shipped quickly. The employees were very helpful and extremely friendly. The purchasing process was also very simple. Looking forward to doing more business with Guerrilla Tees. Harry
