Here, Ulyana assisted me with picking out various blazers, pants, and dress shirts of varying colors, fabrics, and sizes all while providing me with feedback throughout the process. She was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, helpful, and friendly as I asked questions and she provided me with her opinion on my fits. Shopping for formalwear on my own tends to overwhelm me pretty easily, so I am grateful that she was able to point me in the right direction with my measurements and what suits I shop for going forward. I have patronized this store over the past 12 years or so and the service has always been great. Last evening, on the recommendation of our corporate CFO, I asked for Wagih Labib... and experienced a whole new level of service that I thought only existed in movies. Wagih sized me up immediately with no need for a measuring tape and went to work. He started with what I was looking for (dress shirts) and went from there. The next thing I knew I was trying on sports coats, pants and shoes. He put together fantastic combinations of colors, ties, belts and even pocket squares that suited me perfectly. He is a true haberdasher and knows his trade and customers well. I felt truly spoiled and, while I generally despise shopping for cloths, I loved every minute of this 1 hour experience with an old school gentleman's gentleman. Beware Wagih Labib though... While he puts the movie shop keepers to shame (with none of the Pretty Woman sucking up by the way,) you are likely to leave with more than you expected... And you will love every minute of it!

I am obsessed with their Christine cardigan sweaters, super soft relaxed light fit. I now have three of them now! Also I'm a fan of their fairview wrap sweaters, they seem to make even the basic shirt look fancy with this over them. Lo'ts of different options throughout the store. Make sure to try on everything, sizes variety from one shirt to the other. Great service here, after I had a few items in my hands I was approached to see if they wanted to put them in a dressing room so I could continue to shop with my hands free. Once I was in the dressing room, the ladies would check in on me.. if I needed different sizes or colors. Make sure to sign up for their rewards program, nice way to get some perks.

I was told they could complete the job on time and went on to create a design because they could not use the google image I found (which I understood) when I sent him the one I made, again I was told that the photo could not be used and that I would have to create a different photo but I would have to go through a different company to do so. I sent an email back to Doug letting him know that I could do that, but I can also more than likely make it myself but I didn't know what he needed from me in order to make it work (what type of file/picture). He never responded to me. I contacted FASTSIGNS and they were able to have my decals completed with the first photo I originally designed in less than 24 hours. I'm disappointed by the complete lack of help and understanding from Doug when I was a respectful and understanding client who would have used them in the future for many more things.

But once we started looking, we decided that we didn't want something out-of-the-box and boring. Amy created a gorgeous invitation suite and customized it further with a little art we requested. And she did these gorgeous letterpress invitations better price than the boring, digitally printed generic stuff we saw at invitation stores. When we received our invitations, I didn't want to take them out of the gorgeous boxes she packed them in--her packaging alone was Pinterest worthy! I would hire her just to wrap holiday gifts if I could, it was that lovely. But alas, we opened the boxes, assembled the invitation suites and mailed everything out. And the rave reviews are POURING in. I never expected it, but we are getting emails and phone calls from loads of friends and family telling us how our invitations are the best they've ever seen.
