Just had a bad experience when contacting this business…read more... Answered the phone in a very unprofessional way not even identifying the business and when I asked if I could swing by to get some help with design and pricing of a very large T shirt order I was told I should probably just go to their website and try to do things back and forth on the internet. Definitely seemed like they didn't want or need my business. Just called one of their competitors in Pittsford and received a much more professional and helpful response so headed there now

I reached out to this company on last week for custom t-shirts for an upcoming relay race. I completed the "Magic Quote Form," which promises a quote within 1 business day and I have heard zip. Zilch. Nada. I sent a follow-up e-mail. Still nothing. So, I'm going with a different company. I'm disappointed that I won't be able to do business with a local company. But if you want me to do business, you gotta get back to me. Simple as that.

I have purchased several more since at their Greece Ridge location & online. The designs are very cute and a lot of times incorporate the Rochester logo. The brand is designed/run by a couple "bros" that are heavily tattooed. But don't let that deter you if you are a small, untattooed girl like me! The guys have always been super cool when I have gone into the store! Spread the Rochester love and buy some JBRD!

The famous Rochester Flower has popped up on their shirts that hang from the walls on the insides of the store, along with a few other designs and logos. They carry mens tanks, tees, and hoodies. They also have women's fit tees, and a few off the shoulder long sleeved shirts as well. Most of their apparel (tees) are $25 a pop, but they have a current deal where you can buy two tees for $40 (a ten dolla discount!). The owners of the store seem fun and quirky. I hope this place does well.

I reached out to her about the materials she would be using because I am sensitive to certain fabrics, and was curious about sizing. The response was very quick, and concise. I was also invited to come into the store if I felt like they weren't clear enough. I appreciated the option for store pick up or having items shipped directly to my home. It was a busy time and having the items shipped to me was worth the extra few dollars. I ordered a sweatshirt, a long-sleeved tee, and two short sleeve t-shirts. All of the items were of excellent quality, and extremely soft. I also felt like the pricing was very reasonable. If you are looking for custom screen printing (that isn't just made on someone's Cricut and will get destroyed in the wash), I highly recommend using Nicole's business.
