Now the story could end there with great customer service and expediting the turn around quickly but...when I got there at 4:41pm they were closed but in the parking lot was a gentleman who I spoke to and said I guess I was too late as they closed at 4:30pm. He cheerfully asked what it was I was picking up, told me to stay in the car and he would be right back with my ring! I explained that I felt since it was ticketed that price , he should honor it. ... well he just got even nastier and said he was going to refund me everything.
