While I was visiting my parents, we were looking for a fun fitness activity, and this fit the bill. As others have mentioned, these bikes are not your normal spin bikes, they're dynamic and move to simulate the movements of a real bicycle. I'm sure that after a few classes, people grow accustomed to it, but it was a sharp learning curve for the one free trial class we attended. The instructor, Ki'an, was enthusiastic and able to gear the class to all levels. He spent time at the beginning of class explaining how to maneuver the bike as there were a few of us who were newbies. Pre-selecting your bike online was also kind of nice, as we didn't have to show up absurdly early to sit where we wanted to.

Last year, the air conditioning barely worked or was out of commission for almost two months. One…read morewould think it had been permanently fixed after such a long time. But no -- the a/c is once again non-functioning and I am told that they are working on a new system. But the front desk is unable to provide a time frame. What?? I can't be the only one complaining. This is a premium-priced gym. While I'm forced to complain here, pls also take note that the bathrooms could be better cared for -- I cut my hand twice on a toilet paper holder that was wobbly for months. The two baths in the treadmill area need to be cleaned throughout the day, or at least more frequently. And some of the equipment goes unfixed for way too long. I am reconsidering my membership.

I didn't know a ton about spin classes going in but felt I was able to catch on well enough and got in a good workout. There was a good age range at the classes I was in (both ladies and guys in a few of the classes) and it seemed like Clementine was a workout staple for most. Only minor thing would be that it was a little difficult to hear the instructor at times - mind you I did tend to be toward the back of the space (bc first time jitters). Coming in and not knowing a ton it was a little tough to hear what to do over the music. However, I would just watch the people around me and figure it out. Overall a very fun experience and great workout - I was sure to recommend it to my friends! Totally get why this place has won so many awards and I think it deserves more reviews on here!!
