I filled out a request/application to be contacted (provided on the website) and to be honest, my expectations of actually receiving a call or email where not very high. Well, what do you know, the owner herself reached out to me through HER OWN CELL PHONE! She was welcoming and asked about me!!! What I usually get when I reach out to a business is a full verbal display about what they have to offer; in this case, the owner asked about me, my needs, my goals. She HEARD me and asked me questions!! Wow! My jaw was wide opened and I knew right there I could expect nothing but professionalism and dedication. I was kindly invited to a complementary class to check out the gym. I showed up at the place and I was impressed with how intimate and inviting the atmosphere was so I could bring out the best of me. I was greeted by a trainer and while I was waiting for the class to start, the owner made herself availability to meet me at her facility...how about that! The class was perfect for me, and all I can say is if you need a place that can motivate you to become the best version of you, you have to check it out, the owner made it clear that she cares not only in words but also in actions.

Not sure if he actually works here or just thinks he's running a Mr. Olympia clinic, but when he's in a "training session", he occupies an assortment of equipment and gets confrontational with those nearby. Otherwise, it's a cramped but clean gym with a variety of machines and free weights, as well as platforms for weightlifting and powerlifting. Nice open garage door in the summer for airflow. Walk-ins welcome for $12/day.

All of the equipment looked and felt old. Seems like everything was from someone's rusty home gym. I used the smith machine which was not balanced as it shook each time it was moved and wouldn't go lower than your hip height, it felt unsafe to use. There is about 3 machines for legs at this gym and I would not recommend this place at all. Do yourself a favor and skip this gym. A day pass is $12 which isn't bad but this place is not worth it. It needs a MAJOR update and I won't go here again.

I have been a member there now for going on 3 years. Millville just recently opened a new gym in the area called Anytime fitness. Holly City puts it to shame with all the classes and the pool! Unfortunately, it is solvent only due to government assistance, which I think will ultimately doom the business. The pool is nice, but as the only pool in town, is busy. That means there is little time for only members to have a free swim. There is a good room full of cardio equipment. That is where I spend most of my time. The weight room is being re-done as are the steam rooms and locker rooms. All should be a step forward for the Family Center. They also offer child watch daily, which can be helpful for working parents. The girls who babysit the children are friendly. There are many classes offered here.
