Tran heating and cooling LLC was assigned to my wife and I a couple years ago by our warranty company. (We had two other companies come out and could not diagnose the issue with my unit) My man Dinh with Tran shows up immediately and worked through the problem and found the issue was a circuit board in the furnace that froze the ac unit. He could not find a local company that had one and it was about 90 degrees at this time. So he said he will do his best to find one. He called around on the weekend mind you and located one and drove a good distance to get it then came back to my house on the same weekend and fixed the issue.
