I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Live earbud from them. Within a month, it would hold a charge for only 45mn. I returned it within the 90days/1yr warranty period. Instead of sending me a replacement as stated in their warranty, they gave me a "gift card" to be used on their website - because they don't have any replacements in stock to send me. This was not user error, the replacement I got from apple paired without issue. Do not buy from this company. I have gone through two AirPod replacements. The first one sounded different than the original and the serial was scratched off so couldn't confirm authenticity. The second was better but could not confirm with the serial if it was legit. After a couple months the battery life is 10% of my original. This is incredibly frustrating to the point where I threw it away. So save yourself the stress and buy new replacements. read more

I ordered the airpods Pro replacement case A2190 replacement case and they sent the incorrect A2700 case. I also paid for 2 day shipping to receive the case quickly because my case had broken and I use my pods daily at work. I contacted support about the incorrect order and they said that I would need to go through the exchange portal and the hassle of sending the incorrect case back by way of the post office. Only then will they send the correct case to me. I wish they would take responsibility for their mistake and make it right for the customer. I don't think I would ever use them again. I ordered an air pod pro case and 2 nd Gen air pod for right ear over a month ago. The case was sent but no air pod which I reported. recell customer service keeps apologizing and telling me they have sent my issue to a supervisor and nothing happens. I believe they intend to keep apologizing and do nothing. As a result I will call MasterCard today and advise that Recell did not send the item I was charged for and has not made any attempt to correct the situation. I will forward all the emails I have sent to ReCell to MC and ask that they take immediate action to collect the funds I was charged without receiving the air pod. I am deeply disappointed that the right air pod 2nd generation was never sent. I was charged for this over a month ago and nothing has been done to rectify the mistake by sending the air pod to me. read more
