I strongly caution anyone considering Great Day Improvements / Patio Enclosures. Their…read morerepresentative pressured a homeowner into prepaying for a patio enclosure before HOA approval, assuring that approval would be "no problem." The HOA ultimately denied the project multiple times, yet the company refused to honor its own contract, which requires a refund when approval cannot be obtained. Management attempted to justify keeping more than half of the project cost by using misleading contract interpretations and demanded a signed legal release before issuing even a partial refund. The experience was deeply disappointing, stressful, and showed little regard for fair dealing or consumer protection. Anyone working with this company should insist on written confirmation of all representations and never make payment before full HOA or permit approval.
