He's amazing, full stop: attentive, knowledgeable about many aspects of PT, and a high-level athlete himself. As a life-long outdoor sports lover, I've banged myself up a fair amount and done a LOT of PT to stay tuned up. Glenn has shown himself to be on of the best professionals I've seen. Beyond the in-person care, he also shows real care and concern, asking questions of other professionals unsolicited and sharing the feedback. My hip is feeling back to normal and I'm back at my activities now. Not just that, he managed to fix an old whiplash neck injury with a few minutes of assessment and simple exercises, which 2 other PTs hadn't been able to resolve! Beyond that, the other employees (front desk staff and PTs) obviously enjoy working at Step and Spine. They're friendly, laugh a lot, and create a fun environment vs. "this is a place where people are injured." Can't recommend Glenn and Step and Spine enough!

I wanted to continue being active skating, hiking and skiing without experiencing the pain and soreness. The therapy focused on building supporting muscles and reducing pain and has been so helpful. I went to Dr. Jim after experiencing low back pain that continued to increase over time. In two weeks my pain was reduced to a manageable level using only the stretches he has taught me along with the adjustments at our visits. Prior to meeting with Dr. Jim I would take at lest 1200 mg of ibuprofen daily. My pain is now down to a level that I don't need any medication to get through the day. Without his help I would still be suffering. Dr. Jim isn't the typical spend 5 minutes with a patient, perform an adjustment, and collect his money type of chiropractor. Dr. Jim is personable and takes the time to discuss your issues and treatment with you. Dr. Jim has always discussed what he's doing and why he's doing it. He teaches you why you are in pain, what you need to do to get better, and how to prevent any further injuries. I've done chiropractic treatment and physical therapy in the past for other issues. Dr. Jim seems to be a mix of both disciplines, which, in my opinion, is the best option for treatment. I highly recommend visiting with him to see if he can help you.

My appointment is at 10:30 and I arrive at what I think is the building at 10:20. It's a large warehouse. You finally park on the street and walk toward the door and it says CrossFit on it. No one is at the counter and I called the number on my confirmation email and no one answers. It goes straight to voicemail. I leave a message and still have no help at the counter. Dr Jim calls me ten minutes later and says he was with a patient and he wants to touch base but when I begin telling him how uncomfortable I was at the facility that didn't even have chiropractic on it he says rudely "I know I listened to your voicemail goodbye" No staff to help him and no signage, how are customers to know what to do? Find a name that is your own and hire someone to be at the front and answer your phone. Just my advise.

It seems like nothing has changed in their extremely money-grubbing, predatory ways. I was told that each visit would have only a small co-pay of less than $20 dollars based on my insurance. I then received a bill for SEVERAL THOUSAND which was then "generously lowered" to several hundred dollars after calling them. When I attempted to call them and further dispute the charges, I was punted back-and-forth between the front office and billing office with no one able to clarify what the extra charges were for. On my most recent attempt to call them, I was told that I had been sent to collections several weeks ago (despite me calling the office the entire time). I am writing this review to warn others to make sure that these things do not happen to other unsuspecting people. Do not come here if you don't want to be scammed. I didn't pay heed to S W's review and look what happened to me.
