She helped me improve my strength and mobility step by step, and I always felt like the exercises were tailored to where I was at in recovery. Everyone there was friendly, professional, and made the whole rehab process a lot less stressful. Recovery hasn't been easy, but having a PT who's supportive, knowledgeable, and positive makes a huge difference. I've made a lot of progress and really appreciate all the help along the way. Rachel set up a comprehensive therapy plan for both at the clinic and for me to do at home, and worked side by side with me through every step of my rehab. She definitely made me work, but was always encouraging and responsive to my needs and questions, and she genuinely cared about my progress. You could always tell she had my best interests at heart every step of the way. Alida (and please forgive me if I misspelled your name!), one of the assistants that I worked with a lot, was absolutely fabulous as well. Bright and bubbly, with a fantastic attitude. The therapist I used said he didn't want me to exercise because it would inflame my back which was in pain. The therapies didn't help much at all, and he did weird things like placing his hands on my abdomen, pelvis and back while closing his eyes saying it would break up the fascia. I quit before the full 8 sessions because it didn't help at all. The biggest complaint I have is they kept sending me notices saying I didn't pay for a certain day, and then when I proved I paid it, the lady would say well it must be a different day. I had paid my copays every visit at the time of arrival except one appt to which I was late, and they charged me double the next time. Then months later after I had stopped going they charged me again for the late visit saying that they booked me out for a full hour but since I was only there for 45 min they couldn't bill my insurance the full hour, so would charge me another copay. They said I signed it in the beginning acknowledging their late fees. Then a few weeks later I got another notice that said I owed them another copay. I told them I had paid all their copays, and then the lady said well you arrived late this one day so you owe us another. I said I have a receipt from you with your name on it showing I paid that late fee copay. In any case, I ended up having to take pictures of all the receipts I had and email it as proof that I paid. I lost one of them, but since I had already done my taxes that year wasn't saving them all. So then she said, well that date you don't have a receipt for is the one you need to pay, even though I know I paid it already. I paid it because 25 dollars is not worth going to collections, but I will say they try to get your money and you better save your receipts because they obviously don't do good record keeping. Also, if it was a good business they would have a camera in the front watching their lobby and be able to see that I paid all my copays on arrival. I also went to rebound physical therapy and they gave me real exercises that actually helped my back. And funny thing, I saved all my receipts because of my previous experience with southside trying to claim I didn't pay them, but never once did I have a problem with rebound saying I didn't pay... Don't go to southside! Go somewhere else. They take your money and don't have good therapy.

I had had Therapy previously and had no desire to return to them. After searching I decided to go to Alpine Physical Therapy. Rob, my therapist immediately wanted to know what my goals were. My goal was to paddle board this summer. I was progressing great. My balance and strength were well on the way to a full recovery. Unfortunately I broke my foot in March. I returned to Alpine Physical Therapy once again and continued my recovery. Rob always explained each exercise and made sure I had proper form, evaluate my progress, and adjust things based on my capacities. During every session I had his full attention during the entire time. My time there was always pleasant. The facility is very clean. The staff was extremely friendly. AND best of all I met my goals and had a fun filled summer. Do yourself a favor and see him if you are in need of Physical therapy.

I should have gone to someone who specialized in athletes if this was the way he conducts business. ___ The next time I came in, he did the same 3 exercises and massaged my back for 5 minutes. Nothing new and again, probably another $150. ____ The exercises helped some but certainly, to do the same 3 exercises in 2 sessions that were basic 101 .

She showed me everything I needed to know about rehabbing my injury and gave me all the tools and instructions needed to continue my progress at home.
