It turns out they are responsible for a billing error from 6 month ago but still think I should pay them (They only informed of this error 2 months ago). Their employee had my credit card on file was responsible for charging me automatically. That that person failed to charge me is not my responsibility. Can you imagine a company expending hours and hours of staff time trying to collect $60? Now they're saying if I don't pay it'll go to collections. When I try to talk to a supervisor they refuse to put me in touch with them. And what did I get from my first review from the company? "Contact us on line and we'll help". Sure? Not! My advice to you is go elsewhere.

I went in for a frozen thumb problem and left feeling seen, cared for and rebalanced after a very relaxing first session. Just listening to Jimmy talk about acupuncture, Chinese medicine and my symptoms, I quickly realized how much I've been neglecting myself, kind of lazily attributing my health and energy decline to menopause and middle age. Jimmy's holistic perspective reminded me that I have Choice in how I age, that wellness is always possible, and that "diagnosable" symptoms and conditions have deeper roots which can be treated and balanced. For those who might be scared of needles, know that acupuncture needles are t-tiny and seldom painful. An acupuncture session is not at all like going to the doctor--you will be asked so many things about your well-being that you didn't even know were important but are. The treatment room is toasty warm and Jimmy's presence is patient and kind. You will feel better afterward, with no new drugs to take, and will likely learn more about yourself too--an unexpected boon.
