I worked with Lela Stemple, and she was a great PT to work with from start to finish. She helped me improve my strength and mobility step by step, and I always felt like the exercises were tailored to where I was at in recovery. Everyone there was friendly, professional, and made the whole rehab process a lot less stressful. Recovery hasn't been easy, but having a PT who's supportive, knowledgeable, and positive makes a huge difference. I've made a lot of progress and really appreciate all the help along the way. Definitely recommend Rebound Bend South if you need physical therapy after surgery or an injury.

A few months into their program I starting seeing dramatic improvement. Since the protocol they use is active and strength based - the stronger my back and core muscles became the less pain I had. The equipment they have is super precise, medical grade gear specific to back and neck therapy, we're lucky to have access to that here in Central Oregon. Anyway, 5 years later I'm virtually pain free in my low back. They also taught me how to maintain strength and flexibility on my own. I'm 65 years old and I don't feel limited by an annoying sore back any more, in fact I starting backpacking again during my treatment and now I can go on week long trips with a heavy pack, yep! Their employee had my credit card on file was responsible for charging me automatically. That that person failed to charge me is not my responsibility. Can you imagine a company expending hours and hours of staff time trying to collect $60? Now they're saying if I don't pay it'll go to collections. When I try to talk to a supervisor they refuse to put me in touch with them. And what did I get from my first review from the company? "Contact us on line and we'll help". Sure? Not! My advice to you is go elsewhere.

She showed up 10 minutes late and seemed disinterested and impatient from the start. She gave me a few exercises for my shoulder after surgery, but the entire appointment felt rushed. What really bothered me was that she ended the session in less than 30 minutes because she said she had another client. I thought these appointments were supposed to last an hour, so I don't understand why I received less than half of the time I expected, especially after she arrived late. She also looked like she had just gotten out of bed, which only added to the impression that she wasn't prepared or interested in being there. I won't be going back to this location - NEVER AGAIN! I've had much better experiences at the Rebound on the west side, so I'll continue my care there instead.

Trevor not only helped me recover, but my return to running was incredibly smooth and quicker than expected. I probably listen to him more than any man in the world, and that is because he had my trust from the beginning. Trevor is patient, demonstrated every move, taught me not just what, but WHY we were doing each exercise, and since I understood it, I followed through on my homework. I have loved going to PT because I understand my body more than ever before and I have a better appreciation for running mechanics. Trevor also handled a few personal low points really well, always compassionate and understanding when I came in frustrated. I can't recommend him and the Rebound family enough.
