This was probably my 3rd or 4th time coming in to get my screen fixed. They are always honest nice and professional. Now besides needing to get my screen repaired my back camera was broken for awhile and wanted to get it fixed as well. Turns out that was a lot more complicated than we thought it was going to be since it was a wiring issue on the mother board. They didn't give up on fixing it for me... they went above and beyond and even sent it to another phone lab to get it fixed. Really can't say enough things about them and their service. ***** BE AWARE ***** Thank Goodness for Yelp! This is a very sneaky business. They get you into different types of models and qualities. They installed and charged extras for this and that. About 8 months later, the system stopped working. After getting their technician to come they fixed the issue but blamed our connection and other things like modem and etc for the issue. Couple days later got an invoice for a few hundred. Why a $5000 system needs to much maintenance. They came out at least 3 more times since then. I really don't think they know what they are doing. They simply get you with bills each time blaming it on something else and never their equipment or their service. The system is totally dead. I went to another local guy and they are just fantastic to deal with. By the way, the friend that gave me their number also has a dead system as well. ***** DO NOT TRUST ***** this company with anything they tell you. I learned it first hand. They are a total scam. They all sound super nice and friendly but then they get you with extras later. read more

Don't write many reviews as you can see, but I had to write one about this place and its outstanding service, especially from Randy and Asher. Saw this place real close to where I work and decided to just drop in and see how much they would charge to replace my iphone 6 plus screen considering that it was cracked slightly. I was expecting the price to be somewhat close to other quotes I received, but to my surprise, it was considerably lower. Bc of the price difference, I decided to leave my phone, expecting for me to have to come back the next day. Instead, they told me that if I wanted to wait, they would do it right away for me and let me walk away with it within the hour. I decided to go shopping at the Trader Joe's right next door, and they even let me keep my car parked in their lot (because it's absolute hell in Trader Joe's parking lot). I came back in about 30 min. in which another surprise, they were already finished! I was in complete and utter amazement at how cheap and fast they were able to repair my phone. Because I was so amazed at their work, the next day, I brought in my Surface Pro 3 which my pet accidentally knocked off the table leaving a huge crack on the screen and making the touchscreen completely inoperable. I've already shopped around seeing how much it would cost to repair the screen, in which most places were either charging over $300 or they didn't even want to fix it. I didn't even call Reboot, I just brought it in asking if they can repair it. Of course, at this point, I shouldn't be shocked at anything anymore, but they said absolutely. This time though, I had to wait a couple of days because they needed to order the screen because I didn't want an aftermarket screen and opted to order the original Microsoft one instead. Wow. So long of a wait...2 days...I was shocked again. I was expecting a week or something, but 2 freaking days?!?! And it was much cheaper than the closest one I found!! Photos on their yelp page even show the before and after pics of my Pro 3. These guys are amazing. I usually dealt with a cracked phone screen or even my Surface which has been cracked for over 8 months. These guys definitely spoiled me in that should my clumsiness ever crack something again, I won't even wait and just bring it in to them. I ABSOLUTELY will recommend these guys to anyone and everyone. They don't know it yet, but I even plan to call them soon to install security cameras in my residence. There has been a lot of burglaries in my area so I decided I needed to get a security camera system. I called around town and everyone was really expensive and they didn't sound like they knew what they were doing. I was referred to Reboot by a friend of mine. I called the office and scheduled a visit. They sent someone to my house the next day to give me a free estimate. I got cameras installed a few days later all around the outside and inside of my house. If my alarm ever goes off I receive a call from my alarm company and I can immediately see if there is someone there from my phone by looking at all the cameras. The price for installation, NVR and cameras were very reasonable and the job took about a whole day. The techs were very professional and friendly. So I dropped my iPhone on the floor and of course it did not have a case on it. My screen cracked in its entirety. I was not about to buy a new phone because let's face it, they are super pricey AND I love my phone as is. But I could not bare to look at with that cracked screen. I went to reboot cellphone repair because my phone is not charging. So Randy took it inside for a look. After 5 mins he came back out and told me that I don't need to change my charging port.
