This company is terrible. We rented a house that had safety issues and they couldn't care less about my family's concerns. They claim it's typical wear and tear but they don't advertise the house stating wear and tear that will puncture your feet if you try and use the pool. Fine but fix it before more guests rent the house. We left the property after an hour and rented another place so we could enjoy our vacation without worrying about the kids hurting themselves. Disappointing Stay - Would Not Recommend Our experience with this vacation rental, "Live Blissfully," was extremely disappointing and concerning. We arrived at the property around 8:30-9:00 PM on a Friday, only to find that the door code provided did not work. After calling the contact, we were given a new code--which turned out to be the previous guest's code. This was unsettling, as it meant the previous guests still had access to the home during our stay. Upon entering, we were immediately hit with a stale, musty odor reminiscent of an old, poorly maintained property. The house was clearly run down: carpets and some furniture were visibly stained, flooring was scuffed and peeling, baseboards and moldings were chipped, and the overall cleanliness was far below expectations. The home clearly had not been given a proper deep clean in some time. Within minutes of settling in, we found two large cockroaches in the kitchen pantry. Over the course of our stay, we encountered a total of four roaches. This was incredibly unpleasant. When I contacted Rebl Rentals to report the situation, I made it very clear that our guests were terrified to even stay in the home due to the roaches and the overall condition of the property. Despite this, their response was that they would "send someone out in the morning." There was no urgency, no empathy--just a dismissive, delayed response to a serious health and comfort issue. Eventually, Rebl Rentals sent out an exterminator who sprayed chemicals inside the house without any warning, which made us feel unsafe and uncomfortable being in a chemically treated environment. When I raised concerns, I was told the roaches probably got in because we "left a door open"--even though we had just arrived and found one dead on the floor. To top it off, after the technician left, we were greeted with a bottle of Raid and a few bags of chips left on the kitchen counter--as if that was an acceptable solution to a roach infestation. It was honestly insulting. The issues didn't end there. Half the house had no hot water, and the main fridge wasn't cold enough to keep drinks chilled. When a technician came to inspect the fridge, they told us it was "working fine" because there was ice in the freezer. But the freezer wasn't the problem--the refrigerator section was clearly not functioning properly and never reached a safe or usable temperature. The included golf club putter was completely bent and unusable, which felt symbolic of the general neglect throughout the property. Then came the final straw. Two days after we checked out, I received an extra charge on my credit card for "fireplace use"--even though we absolutely did not use the indoor wood-burning fireplace. Rebl Rentals sent a photo of ashes in the fireplace, along with a photo of the very clear "Do Not Use" sign posted above it--proof that we followed the rules. We were still accused and denied any resolution. This charge felt not only retaliatory--coming just after I filed complaints and requested a refund--but also fraudulent. It was 90 degrees in the desert; we had no use for a fireplace, and no way of even getting firewood. I requested pre-inspection photos or video proof of us bringing in wood (which we didn't), and received no reply. After our stay, I looked up reviews for this specific property and discovered that many other guests reported the exact same issues: pest problems, unclean conditions, broken appliances, and suspicious charges after checkout. Clearly, Rebl Rentals and the property owner are aware of these problems and continue to do nothing about them. This stay was unacceptable from start to finish. All I want was some sort of compensation and my money returned from the false fireplace charge. The property is misrepresented, poorly maintained, and the customer service was dismissive, accusatory, and unprofessional. I would strongly advise others to avoid "Live Blissfully." read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I booked a house for my bachelorette for March 12, 2026. Due to unfortunate circumstances I had to cancel so I reached out to REBL on 12/16/2025 to cancel. I booked with them because on the chat they provide they state they will give a full refund if cancelled 31 days prior. Then they changed the policy and say oh you only get 70% back even if you cancel 31 day prior. I have called 10+ times, no answer, tried the chat, no answer, emailed, no answer, and when I finally did get someone on the phone they are in India and wont do anything. They say they will raise your call, and call you back. No response. I cannot cancel on their stupid portal either. I have had to dispute the charge with my credit card company because at this point it is illegal to ignore my requests to cancel. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. They are shady, scammers, and I am pretty sure they ghost people who want to cancel so they can keep the money. I will be pursuing legal action if I do not get my money back. BEWARE. read more

Overall we had a decent stay with this company. Check-in and out was easy, please note that the lock does not work until exactly 4pm. The house in general was clean but some spots like under beds and fans need more attention. It is accurate to the photos and the game room in the garage was a nice surprise. The area seems safe and the neighborhood has a new, luxury feel. The beds were comfortable and all of the linens and towels were clean. The bedrooms are spacious and have nice TV's. The master shower was phenomenal. Some things can be improved. This is clearly a party property. There's some wear and tear on walls, leaking sinks, bubbling paint and water damage. The WiFi password is incorrect. There's a lot of gnats. The rugs are turning up on the sides creating a tripping hazard and the kitchen is not well stocked for cooking. There was one pan. The dryer does not work very well and doesn't get dry enough. It was full of lint, such a fire hazard. Doors aren't fitted properly and get stuck. There was an interesting stain on a pillow. The neighborhood is really loud with parties going on all night. The landscapers came at 7am and sprayed our yard in RoundUp. We asked them to stop due to us having a dog and they wouldn't. It was very unprofessional. Rebl is not a responsive company. They didn't answer once. They could do some repair and maintenance to the property and be better at responding before I considered using them again. read more

RENTER BEWARE! THEY ADMIDDTED THEY KNEW ABOUT ALL THESE PROBLEMS AND STILL RENTED TO US. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY. I booked the stay at Hey Good Lookin' , to say I am disappointed would be an understatement. First, the entire verification process is so unorganized. You call once and then never return a voicemail for phone call. I had to reach out 3 times, after I left two voicemails, I finally get through to someone. Secondly I had to reach back out for check-in instructions, they claimed it was sent to my spam folder, but I checked that and when I asked her to resend it, it appeared in my inbox, it was never sent in the first place. Upon arrival the air conditioning was set to 83, not necessarily a big deal, but when the entire place reeked of dog piss because it was baking at 83 degrees, it was quite unsettling. The entire upstairs smelled so bad. It was like the carpet had been used as a pee pad for months. Having to sleep in a home that you are renting that smells of dog urine is 100% unacceptable. Upon further inspection of the unit, the closet door in the master was completely off it's hinges, the towel rack in the bathroom had the drywall anchors ripped out of the wall. Downstairs, the walls weren't wiped down by the pool table, something exploded on the wall, maybe a soda, but it was sticky. There was also marks on the ceiling from the pool cues. The coffee maker was missing the inner basket, so when you brewed a pot of coffee it spewed everywhere. Outside was just as bad. The turf hadn't been sprayed down in months, smelled so bad of dog urine. The hot tub smelled of mildew, there were cream colored orbs at the bottom of the hot tub. 4 jets worked, there was a dirt ring at the water line. The pool was worse, it had not been skimmed at all, we had to skim it three times to get everything out. The pool vacuum didn't work, so we couldn't get all the dirt off the bottom. The grill wasn't cleaned from the last person who used it. There was caked on food all on the grates. If you are going to offer these amenities, you need to make sure they are maintained and in proper working order. Overall this place was extremely unkept. For the amount of money you are charging per night, some general upkeep is needed. You should not have rented out that place in the condition it was in. read more

DO NOT USE REBL Rentals!! To recap from my earlier review, I rented a property in Flagstaff, AZ from REBL RENTALS January 3 to January 9, 2025 for my 80th birthday celebration for the family. I selected the property from REBL's website. I paid a high price, nearly $4,000, believing that the property was suitable for up to 18 people and in good condition as indicated in the website. Once we entered the property, we found that neither was true. Some of issues identified above were safety issues that make the unit unsuitable for a family stay like our own. Calls to customer service were not returned until late in our stay and without results. I have since asked for a refund of at least half of our rental payment. To date, we got nothing meaningful in return. We were offered a $150 discount on future rentals. We were also sent a 25 page rental agreement that we were required to sign to have the privilege of renting the property. It removes REBL from most any responsibilities. The number of documents that needed to be signed in order to rent the property should have been a clue to what to expect from the property manger. The company must be run by lawyers, not property managers or customer care professionals. My strong recommendation is to avoid REB: RENTALS both as a renter or property manager. They charge high fees including $345 cleaning fee, a $60 pet fee (we had no pets), $150 damage wavier and $496 booking fee. They provide no value added for the property owner and no customer service for the renter. LOOK ELSEWHERE. read more

If you own a STR in Arizona, do not use this company. They pressured me into signing a two year lease with them saying I would be so happy as they would make me so much money...and I would have total control over my calendar and could block off as needed, which is true. However this doesn't give me the ability to find another property manager that can actually bring in some revenue. They add excessive fees which go to them and keep trying to get me to reduce my nightly rate. Changes and credits are promised but never delivered upon. I've gone 3 months without a single rental because their cleaning fees are double that of surrounding properties and all their additional booking fees make the overall price higher. If I could give this negative stars I would. I'll give credit where credit is due and start with the very few positives: - beautiful house and grounds - clean - good entertainment options The end. The not so good: - this company has you do more paperwork and signing than if you were buying a house. - we stood outside for a long time to get in as we never received checkin instructions. It was a nightmare getting in. - the advertisement said "heated pool". Not "heated pool for additional costs" or anything leading towards the usual bookings that make it clear. The pool was not heated and when we called it was $150 per night additional. We were told the hot tub is included but we had to call when we wanted it turned on and then call when we were done using. What the?!? - one of the bed frames was completely broken in half, had to have someone come out day one. - the house was not stocked well, barely basics in the kitchen. - we were allowed one towel and one washcloth per person for 10 days - talking with this company in South Africa was next to impossible. They would made everything more difficult and challenging while taking next to any ownership. - the internet that was included magically stopped working multiple times - the lock pad on the door with a code died and we were locked out. Could not reach the hosts, had to crawl through a window. We were not given a key. - coffee maker was broken, they sent a new one and it was horrible. Would strongly caution against using this company to property manage your home. We discovered they were taking an additional 18% cut off the top of our airbnb income. When we asked for further explanation or a conversation about this we were ghosted. These additional costs are passed onto the guests and hidden from owners. I am a neighbor and HOA officer for a property managed by REBL Rentals. Of the six short term rentals in our HOA, this is the only house that regularly receives complaints from the neighbors. They advertise small houses as adequate for 12 to 16+ renters, leading to "party city." Noise complaints, garbage piled up outside the house, drunk visitors who end up sleeping in neighbors' driveways. Their rental house is a neighborhood eyesore and continuing issue. read more

Terrible experience. Home had a horrible musty smell that gave many of us breathing difficulties. It was also very dirty; coffee grounds on kitchen floor, green hot tub, marks all over the walls, carpet unswept, and boogers on bathroom door molding and 8 forks for a house meant to accommodate 16, the list goes on. We were moved to a less expensive home but they refused to honor the price of the new home we stayed in, charging us almost double the listed price based on what we originally paid. read more

I'm having a horrible experience with this company during the rental process. I'm terrified of my upcoming stay. Rented place from them via Airbnb. After Airbnb refund window was over, I was contacted by Rebl outside of Airbnb for payment ( in addition to what I paid via Airbnb already). After I questioned them, I was told "since you did book through Airbnb you will not need to verify your payment, but we will need you to verify your ID using the Guest Ranger" Again, third party app outside of Airbnb. I don't want to provide any additional information in addition to what I provided to Airbnb already as I don't know how this information will be used. Asking for full refund for the stay that has not happened yet as the company seems super shady. read more

August 23-25, 2024 I took a family trip to AZ. While seeking lodging options, Marriott's website advertised villas & rental property options. I booked a home in Scottsdale AZ and was contacted by REBL, third party company. Within 72 hrs of my 6.5 hour trip to AZ, I received an email from REBL company with instructions and rental access. During our long road trip-approx 1.25 hours out from the rental-I receive a call from REBL stating there was an urgent issue with the cleaning company & the home was not ready; apparently the crew never showed up to clean the property. The REBL representative stated she would have to call another crew ASAP to prepare the home but it typically takes 5 hours; a 9pm check in. If she could find 2 crews it would cut the time in half but that was not a guarantee. As I consulted with my husband if we should cancel our reservation, the representative stated due to the late access she would credit half of our first nights stay to accommodate our loss with the rental. My spouse and I agreed to keep the house for the evening, giving the company opportunity to rectify. During the waiting period from 4:30-10pm I called 3x to check status on the rental availability, with no call-back or follow-up. After my third call w/intent to cancel my reservation, a REBL representative FINALLY said, "it's ready" after I requested to cancel. Upon arriving to the rental, there were issues within the home; very poor shower drainage, half the MSTR bathroom plugs didn't work, master bed frame broke @ 2am while dead asleep startling us. A week after our trip I called REBL to inquire about the partial refund. The rep states it was processed and should post within the next few days. 2 wks pass and no refund! I call back on 9/18 requesting a Supervisor. The rep didn't escalate my call, but stated the refund was not approved & would not be issued. I requested a callback from the manager to explain why. As of today, 9/20/24, I have not received a call nor explanation. read more

The house was not clean. It's one easy thing that would have made a big difference. I specifically selected this rental, seeing that it was managed by a hospitality company and that "each home is meticulously cleaned and put through a 35-point inspection checklist between guests to ensure absolute satisfaction" according to their website. The bath towels were wet, stained, dirty, covered in hair, and not clean. The bathrooms had dust and hair all over them, the pillowcases were covered it hair and dirt, the range hood over the stove had grease dripping from it, the baseboards were dusty and dirty, the floors throughout the house were sticky and not clean, the lights switches were in need of a lysol wipe, the ceiling vents were covered in lots of dust, and the carbon monoxide detector was laying on the kitchen island with a missing battery. The ensuite shower did not have hot water. After arriving and seeing the state the house was in, I wanted to leave and make other arrangements, but it being Christmas Eve/Christmas that wasn't possible. I spent the first day of vacation going to Walmart to buy new towels, washing the bedding, and cleaning the bathroom floors. It's difficult to be comfortable and relax in a place that isn't clean. I did contact the rental company the day that I arrived regarding the dirtiness of the house and the lack of hot water coming from the ensuite shower. The person that I spoke with told me that a cleaning crew would come out to the house to clean, a maintenance person would come to fix the shower, and that someone from management would call me later that day.  Two people did come to the house to clean immediate issues. They cleaned the hair out of the shower drains, the range hood, the bathroom mirror, took out the kitchen garbage left by the previous renter, and brought different towels (still stained and worn-out). No maintenance person ever came to fix the shower.  No one from management ever contacted me. read more

The place was comfortable and spacious plenty of rooms and beds, the neighborhood was peaceful. the host were great in responding to any questions I had. the property had a 4 bd/3 bathrooms, pool, jacuzzi, cornhole, putt-putt area, ping-pong table room, BBQ grill, well sized kitchen, living room space and dining area. accessible driveway. read more

I was a long term renter for 3 months in Mesa, Arizona. The pictures displayed are deceiving and did not match the description upon arrival. Upon checking in, the unit was dirty (dusty, mildew in kitchen sink, coffee stains on the counter, dirty chairs, and floors presented with dirt, dust and leaves). I have attached photos of the unit that was taken upon arrival and during my stay. Their support staff was not helpful as the first issue I had with this rental was the living room ceiling fan, this took over 5 weeks to get this issue resolved and fixed as REBL support staff would ensure that they are 'checking in on this issue.' I had to purchase my own cleaning supplies such as a vacuum, swiffer, kitchen, and bathroom cleaning supplies as none of these were provided. In addition, the AC unit broke upon my stay and I had no option but to check in a nearby hotel. The door lock issue prevailed multiple times in which I did not have access to the unit, in which the longest time I was locked out was for over an hour. I was on the phone with the support staff of REBL rentals for over 2 hours. I made efforts to reach out for a refund on the 3 additional occurrences that I was locked out of the unit, in addition to checking out 1 day early. I communicated this concern to REBL support staff, but they became unresponsive. I reached out to Dora (reservations manager) who works with REBL rentals, however she too became unresponsive. I was able to find the general manager, Jeff Gibbs, to express my concerns about the stay and provided documented evidence of these issues and the refund I am requesting, but shortly after he too became unresponsive. I am now elevating this to the next level. Overall, this is the worst experience I had with a host on AirBNB as I have been a long term renter with AirBNB previously. I have never experienced such a company that displays a lack of professionalism, accountability, urgency, and communication. I do not recommend this company, REBL rentals, for anyone who is looking to stay at any of their properties. read more

I am writing about my reservation that occurred in late October of 2022. I'm not sure of the details, but I believe ReblRentals is a relatively new company. I think any reasonable reviewer ought to take this into consideration. Although, if I'm mistaken, forgive me. Now, with that being said: For any laidback 'guys golf trip' hopefuls out there, or even a family looking for a spot to rest their head on vacation, look no further. Our property had a pool, a hot tub, outdoor tv, bbq, shuffleboard and ping pong-- the perfect spot for approximately 2 foursomes! Also, the casita in the back is the perfect little nook for any families with kids to have their own space! Coming and going from the property was both safe and easy. Very central to many golf courses. The communication that I had with Sarah, Lori and I believe Nancy, was always very lovely. A1 service. Sarah is also a local Realtor to the area who knows much about what to do, other than just golf, for your vacation. Sarah is someone who I could absolutely see myself working with, as I bring some of my business to Arizona in the next couple years. She really did make absolute certain all of us enjoyed our stay with ReblRentals, even as our vacation progressed. Lori's correspondence with us in attempting to get us into our rental earlier, as our flight got in early on our first day, was nothing short of five stars. Not only was she so prompt in responding and assuring us she was trying her best to help us get into the property, but she actually came through for us! An absolute GAME CHANGING SAVE FROM LORI. Without her and Sarah working in tandem, I would have looked like a total failure in planning our vacation. Thank you so much, ladies!!! Would I use ReblRentals again? Absolutely. But I cannot stress enough the staff that are working for and with this company... They are nothing short of quality hospitality personnel. Rebl was contracted to manage the Airbnb property I rented for my bachelorette weekend. Long story short, we found a man in a ski mask spying on my friends and I around 8:30pm in the fenced backyard. The light in the backyard wasn't working, so we couldn't see the man. Further, the window he was looking through (the sliding back door) lacked any curtains or blinds - so we couldn't ensure our privacy. Additionally, although the gated fence had a lock, Rebl did not allow us access to lock that gate. My friends and I were forced to find emergency accommodations because we were scared for our lives and privacy. Rebl did nothing to assist with emergency accommodations and is now refusing to refund us for the Airbnb even though we spent 1/3 nights there and have no idea how long that man was watching us. We had to leave expensive food and drink behind. Rebl is grossly indifferent to the safety of the guests at these properties - despite our pleas for help, they did nothing to assist us, instead placing us on hold for hours. They did not provide callbacks when they said they would. They did not maintain basic safety features within this property but then implicitly advertised to large groups of women. They are refusing to take accountability for their recklessness, and worst of all, they refuse to take any measures to assure the safety of their future guests, particularly women - such as installing a backyard light that is functional, locking the gate, or putting blinds/curtains on all their windows. If you're nervous about renting an Airbnb in Scottsdale, feel free to reach out to me and I can let you know if the property you are thinking of is the one we stayed out. We rented a house in Flagstaff for a girl's weekend trip. The house was spotless and super fun. We loved the hot tub, pool table and shuffleboard. The staff was amazing from the moment we booked. Even offered to have spa and chef services set up for us. All in all, we would definably rent thru them again. read more

Flew in for Super Bowl-$2,000 for3nights. Expect at least a clean place. Before arrival, multiple msgs middle night stating need us to send pics of ourselves, license, credit card - stating requirement Phoenix area - not true- threatened to cancel reservation while in flight late afternoon. Arrive late Friday night discover no toiletries no shampoo, conditioner, soap. 3 towels - small for 3 people for 3 days. By sheer accident 1 person put towel up to light it was filthy while see thru - will always do this to towels at hotels going forward - disgusting. Comforters were white &1 had light amt of dirt at bottom 1' like maybe dragged on ground &had a light dirt mark of entire shoe print on it. Saturday out all day&return &toilet clogged bad - no plunger on property & can't get ahold of property management co Rebel Rentals -you can search for it - Dirt on the floor it is old wood floor can feel it when you walk as well as drywall dust on floor where someone had drilled holes in wall so debris fell on floor still there. Something dripped on wall behind the couch on the red/blue mural - like someone spilled let dry. Rebel Rentals is out of country. Leslie/Lorie refuse to do anything I gave them 3 weeks to offer some kind of discount. Also homeless right outside the gate sleeping & cans of food everywhere- on edge of ghetto part of town - also property pics are unit #10 & we got put in unit #4 & they gave us unit 10 code & occupied. From the moment we booked the house Lindsey reached out and made us welcomed and helped prepare for the stay. I highly recomend using some of the concierge services that they offer. Showing up and having the fridge stocked to helping plan in home experiences. The house was perfect for a group of guys. We BBQ'd and enjoyed the games there. IF I could give this 0 stars that would be rating our experience and rebl rentals too high. We had one of the worst stays ever. First of all the place was not clean and everything was breaking, cupboards look like they're falling off. Chairs in the backyard were broken, the pool was not clean. Outdoor sitting was filthy, we found beer cans and cigar buds. The dryer wasn't even emptied out. They didn't even try. We had also paid for pool heating and when we arrived the pool was not heated whatsoever and we couldn't swim or utilize the backyard because they kept saying they would heat it and it wouldn't. Their communication is a joke and we were on the phone the whole day. Then as we were showering we noticed the shower overflowing and not draining and it started to smell like sewage. They said they would get a plumber to come the next day. The plumber came and said the septic tank is full and this was a reoccurring problem, THATS INSANE. They let us stay in a house with this issue. Next day the whole hosue started to smell like complete sewage and we check the showers and the showers are backed up with sewage and HUMAN FECES. Absolutely disgusting a complete health hazard and we were on the phone with them the whole day and they were acting as if it was nothing and wouldn't get a manager to resolve the issue. When we finally got on the phone with a manager 6 hours later she was rude and aggressive and taking no responsibility for their home being inhabitable. They didn't want to refund our full amount money or even relocate us somewhere else. This company has no business operating as they are a scam and do not care about customer or BIOHAZARDS!!! We stayed in one of their "luxury" properties for a reunion and I was appalled to see what they labeled as "luxury". Hot tub explosions, pool heat issues, tiles missing from the slide, lights out, fleas, random pipes on the roof, doors that don't lock and just general safety concerns for a property they label as family friendly. The sliding door never locked, so our toddlers could have escaped to the pool at any time. I would not order any of their extras either, the pool floats are definitely not giant, as advertised, and the massage therapist was a No-show for the original appt. The property was severely out-dated and needs a lot of fix ups before you can label this luxury. read more

Worst experience ever. Checked in and air conditioning was not working in 115 degree heat. Tried to contact their "24/7" number for over an hour... nobody answered. I finally called Airbnb and they were able to give us our money back because they could not reach anyone as well. We immediately left the house and found another place to stay. Furthermore, the pictures are very deceiving. The house looked nothing like the one we booked. Very shady company, I warn you, do not rent through this company. We had the misfortune of reserving an Airbnb, and had to cancel. Per their policy any cancellation made within 48 hours will be a 100% refund. This was not the case, they still owe me $500. I have contacted my credit card company to handle the issue. Houses advertised to sleep 16 in a town with ordinances prohibiting more than six adults. Overflowing garbage. Constant parties. Countless complaints. Drunks falling asleep in neighbors driveways. A very pretty house- but so dirty. Within one hour of arrival- following their expectations of making sure they were aware of issues in the house - we informed them of -silverware full of fresh mustard in the silverware drawer -kitchen sink not draining and tenants old food coming up during the dishwashing period -missing disc and paddle for air hockey machine- couldn't use it at all with no disc- last day they bring ping pong balls- LOL!!! -so much dirt and trash and dried stains under the couch- ew -master shower slow to drain- had to use hallway shower -cigarette butts all over backyard and front yard- we do not smoke - and alcohols cans out by swimming pool and in bar shed trash can. We don't drink. -informing REBL did no good. They did respond saying they would alert the Maintenance Team- every day- we asked for help. NO HELP .... until the day before we left- less than 24 hours of our departure, we were going to be heading out to visit a family member at the Mayo Clinic, I informed them of my disappointment and how we were due to leave the next day and grandkids never got to use the air hockey table and all the plumbing was still an issue. As we were walking out the door- all of a sudden an envelope is dropped off with PING PONG balls LOL- and a van shows up with someone to look at the plumbing. We were heading to the hospital and told him we only had a certain block of time to visit at the Mayo- so didn't have time for him to come so the work FINALLY at that point in time- and leaving the next day- already had been there since Monday- $$1110 for 3 nights and 2 full days, partial days for coming in at 4 pm and leaving by 10am. I refused to Pick up the cigarette butts and beer cans. We did put ALL the silverware, utensils, 6 of everything of dishes, and all pots and pans through the dishwasher due to nasty mustard all over the silverware- so next tenant at least had clean dishes/ silverware/pots and pans. Sink always ended full of old food from last tenants- and we had to keep rinsing it down after each load.... Ugh House in great area, close to the Mayo Clinic and airport- which is why we were there. Walmart right up the road. Nice walking park down the road. Would have been 100% perfect if they would've take care of the plumbing issues and what was promised on the VRBO site with an air hockey machine- on day 1 or even day 2. Oh well. read more

We used a REBL Rentals property for a family vacation in Phoenix, AZ and it was a great experience. Large house with all the necessities you need and great extra for family fun activities. Used a REBL Rentals property for a golf trip in Scottsdale, AZ and man did it impress! Huge house with anything you could desire! Pool table, basketball court, 9 hole mini putt putt course, bowling, hot tub, pool, etc. The team did a great job of giving us info before our arrival so we could reach out to certain vendors and have items such as golf clubs delivered before we even arrived. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I'm writing this review to protect other renters from this absolutely awful management company and their run down, dirty properties. Whatever you do, DO NOT book a REBL property. Our group of 12 (6 adults and 6 kids) booked one of their homes through air bnb for 2 nights. We checked into the home and immediately noticed the glass on the front door was broken. We informed REBL about it, as it's a huge safety issue and anyone could break the rest of the glass and easily reach their hand in, unlock the door and break in. They neglected to get anyone out same day to fix it, so we had to put these heavy pieces of furniture in front of the door at night to barricade the door. The worst part is that in September, another renter had posted a review on air bnb about the broken glass and the host neglected to fix this issue over the past 3 months. The house was dirty when we arrived. There was a drinking glass in the cabinet with lipstick on it. The garbage can was broken. The dishwasher didnt work to actually clean the dishes. We had to put masking tape and push the garbage can in front of the dishwasher in order to help keep the door closed so the dishwasher would run. However, the next morning when we went to unload, we could tell it didn't work bc the dishes were still dirty, so we had to hand wash everything for the remainder of our stay. We have 12 guests so you can imagine how many dishes we went through. We also found an extremely dirty blanket in the closet, as well as hair in 3 of the beds. We asked for new clean sheets but the host wouldn't bring them. My one friend had to take the sheets off the bed and use a blanket from her car to sleep on. My bed also had hair in it so I ended up sleeping on the couch, since there weren't any backup sheets. There was no drain for the tub, so we couldn't give the kids a bath. Also, for a house that can accommodate 16 guests, there were only 2 small pots, so it is not set up for a large group and shouldn't be rented as such. Both propane tanks were empty, even though the host stated tanks were included for the firepit and grill, so we had to go to the store to get them filled ourselves, as they wouldn't bring new ones. The previous reviews on air bnb mentioned the cleanliness issues and that the house was run done, but we had reached out to REBL prior to renting, to see if the issues had been address. We were told that they were, which definitely was not the case. Staying at a REBL property was nothing but a headache, so I hope this review helps others, so you don't waste your time and money at one of their properties. read more
