They resell great name brand items, and I always get compliments on the outfits I find here. The staff is always smiling; helpful; and just genuinely nice. They always make me feel welcomed :) The store is clean; well organized; and the prices are reasonable. There's plenty of parking, which is never an issue. I never leave empty handed, & I could easily spend hours browsing (I once brought my mom and she spent almost half a day here, lol). Highly recommend if you love unique finds and good vibes.

This place was fun and clean, the only thing is, I've only every shopped at the Layton Preloved and this was nothing like it. I know both these stores offer the same content- but this place was a bit confusing. At Preloved you can walk around and know exactly where the baby stuff, adult, and home goods are located. Indy Clover felt a little scattered, somewhat of a mini garage sale in booths. Random things in every booth. I specifically wanted to look at toddler clothes and I was lost in the organization of it all. Great store, but def not my style.

I actually found my outfits from both sides. So many cute stuff! There are some items for sale that aren't on the sale rack, so suggest taking the time to really browse thru. She had seen it advertised on Instagram (well done, marketing team!) and was excited to see it in real life. It was well worth battling the construction zone on 21st south. Of all the thrift shops we visited, this one might be my favorite. There's a local flair-artisan products, accessories, etc. It's got an upscale and edgy boutique feel. But then you descend the staircase down a few decades to the thrift portion of the store-where you'll find even more treasures. I have always loved the fashion of the 1960's and there were plenty of adorable dresses and scarves that represent the era well. I shed a tear that my giant feet wouldn't fit in the beautiful Jimmy Choos that were on the shelf (seriously-if you're a 7 1/2, get there quick before someone snags them!) I'm so glad to have discovered Unhinged and will undoubtedly be back!

I've encountered several employees in the last few days here at the Brickyard location and all have been helpful, kind and professional. For your manager Tami, none of these apply. I was told by one employee when I asked a question about a crack in a furniture item to not approach her because she's cranky. I appreciated her help and moved on. Not even 10 minutes went by when I witnessed her telling off a customer about her furniture question the other customer I could tell was upset for the way she was just treated and I went over to support her with the knowledge that what she was told by a different manager a few days ago I was also told to help legitimately validate her that sadly , cranky Tami could not. I thought I lucked out by not encountering her but I got to have my own Tami experience at checkout... I asked for a discount on a chipped picture frame. Stephanie and Debra L. were super sweet but when Tami showed up she told them the $2.00 off was too much and that she'd only do 1.00 and I said 10% is 1.50 so could we just keep the 2 and she said "You know what, I could just put a marker on that and fix it and sell it as new. So no discount!" She then took the frame and walked away! Stephanie and Debi apologized and tried to deescalate the situation that just occurred but I was just flabbergasted that THIS person is your manager! To have employees that already know how to prepare customers for her and who are also afraid of this manager and then they themselves have to show better customer service than your manager Tami is so messed up! To whoever owns this store- do better! Your manager Curtis I have heard wonderful things about- they told me to come back when he is working. He may be the manager I spoke with on Sunday that was AWESOME... Tami needs some MAJOR training!! Employees who were awesome today that I encountered... Debi L. If you are decorating your home, especially for accent pieces, this is the place to come. So many styles, and colors to choose from. They also have world foods/brands that you don't normally find at a regular grocery store. I've found some interesting food items over the years. I especially like that they don't carry the same brands year round, so you better get it when you see it. You'll miss out if not. They sell pet supplies, bedding, a small kids section, silk plants, candles, cookware, dishes, pictures, rugs, frames, etc... anything you need to make your house feel comfortable and stylish.

There is a large variety of shirts, pants, shoes, hats, electronics, old stuffies that can be found here and a great place if you need something for a costume or if you're just feeling nostalgic. There was only one guy working here and he wasn't too welcoming when we walked in - didn't say hello or even bother to look up at acknowledge us, just busy on his phone while we were there for about 10-15 minutes. Perhaps just an off day, but can't say I'm in a hurry to go back anytime soon.

There's food places next door and a coffee shop across the way I really like it here when I stopped by and on top of it, they took the most items out of all the uptown cheapskates places I went to! Don't sleep on this one. The selection also has a lot of unique items especially sports wise. I felt like that they had a good selection. I will be coming back, but it is farther from the salt lake area.

SUPER DISAPPOINTING. 6/2/26…read moreThere was a coach purse my daughter saw the workers talking about it and trying on during their work shift and my daughter saw it and was interested in it but was nervous to ask about it so we (myself and my mother in law) asked about the coach purse and they let us look to see the condition and we said we will take it and asked them to hold for us until we were done shopping and they said they would. We continue to shop and then they tell my mother in law that it was actually on hold for someone else and that they were coming to pick it up later. I speak to an employee telling her we will stick around to see if anyone picks it up and if not we will buy it and she was very insistent that this customer was "coming." My daughter waited near the front check-out desk to see if anyone came to pick up the bag the entire time and no one had come and then all of a sudden they said the customer had come, but my daughter never saw them take the bag out or sell it. It was apparent that the entire staff including assistant manager? knew about the situation and were all in on it. I'd really rather go to uptown murray or any other location now. I can't believe they would be this shiesty of human beings. I've recommended this location to my co-workers and friends which have shopped and sold their clothing items here, but I will definitely be notifying them of this situation and recommending they go elsewhere. Shiesty people aren't trustworthy. I'll take my recommendations, money and clothing elsewhere.
