We used another service, but then, the owner died, and the son took over, but that was a big mess, because the former technician was trying to steal customers away. Anyhoo, I contacted them, and received a visit within days. The account representative was really good. He was thorough and checked out every area of our property (the lobby- we have two buildings and a hangar space); I told him that visiting the other floors were not necessary. We got the contract and signed it. We got Pest Control service the following week with a technician familiar with our Accounting Department Staff, Cory. He is very nice. Nolen came out a 2nd time and told me after spraying 2 cans in the area that's now all they can do. I ended up this week over 2 days handling it myself with a bee suit soap/water and a shop vac. NOW I'm still stuck with a rude employee and a contract I don't need for people like this. BEWARE
