Their goals are only for themselves not to collab with other offices in the real estate industry. Let me know how many times you can say you did everything by yourself and never needed to use anyone? If you trust using 1 person who has full monopoly on your deal I highly recommend you add in multiple opinions on your deal. I can surely bet if they don't call back and service other vendors in the industry I can only imagine how they service a client that they mess up on?

I purchased all cash in October 2021 and have been having non-stop issues with the board ever since. This review is being posted in December of 2022, so come next election things could change. However, the current board is made up of two residents who have been running the property for about 6 years now in addition to two new people. The "senior" board members are using their positions to forward their own interests and do not care about the other shareholders. They bully and intimidate anyone who goes against their "status quo". I have been slandered to the community and ostracized for speaking out against the bad mortgage they just took out. I have also been cursed out more than once by a board member who repeatedly breaks the house rules as they feel they are above them. The board will actually go so far as to pass new rules without any input from shareholders when they see something they do not like. For example, the current president has an issue with retractable dog leashes, so he banned them. This place is in debt and the board has no plans to raise revenue or make any improvements that will raise this property value. The board have also been caught lying to shareholders. For example, the president told everyone in an open shareholder meeting on 9/13/1022 that the Town of Babylon denied our request for a private dog park. According to the town no plans were ever submitted, but if they were it would have been approved as other communities have done the same in Babylon township. I have this in writing. Save yourself the headache!

I'm basically posting this to all my social media outlets as they deserve it. Some people do their job because they have to - its obvious that Greg and Dawn do it because they love what they do. Here's my story: After 8 years of being in Westchester, my wife and I decided to finally decide to cut the renting cord and buy our own place. However - there were some complications that we knew we would have. Being self-employed means the typical W2 paystubs that banks were looking for wouldn't cut it - and hoops would have to be jumped through. Enter Greg Pfeiffer and Dawn Sullivan of All Shores Mortgage. They were like lion tamers they way they worked with the banks. At one point things I was getting stressed out for all the paperwork that we had to get together, and Gregs comment to me was "Don't worry Mike - I have backups of backups. One way or another I'm getting you into this house." Greg was a man of his word and within 2 months of us finding the house we wanted, we were in. When I tell people how fast this went, no one can believe it; but we found the house on June 5th and closed on August 10th. I can't speak highly enough of the All Shores Mortgage team, and I have recommended them personally to multiple friends just within the past month. Without Greg and Dawn, there is no way we would have been able to get into the house of our dreams; and I can't thank them enough. They were with us throughout the entire process and walking us through any hurdles that came up. Without them I am sure that I wouldn't be typing this review from within my new house. When he first came to my business to close a deal, he was incredibly cocky and arrogant. He flaunted his Rolex and boasted about his wealth, showing me pictures of his expensive house. He bragged about his connections and claimed he could quickly sell my business. During our conversation, he showed me pictures of high-profile clients at boat parties with prostitutes and talked about his lavish lifestyle, including wanted to buy a ring for his girlfriend but she would need to accept his lifestyle. Despite these red flags, I was willing to work with him if he could sell my business quickly. I had an active business I wanted to sell discreetly, with no name or address disclosed until a potential buyer was found. Matt agreed to keep it quiet and share it only with his network. However, the next morning, I received multiple calls about my business. He had listed it on MLS with all the details, business name, address, phone number and pictures. Outraged, I demanded he take down the listing immediately. Instead, he sent a withdrawal form stating he would only remove the listing if I agreed to keep the commission contract in place for ten months. This was outrageous, as he lied and then tried to secure his commission within 12 hours. His assistant, Diane Keegan, handled the follow-up communications and supported his actions, showing she was complicit in his unethical behavior. I have since retained a lawyer and sent a demand letter to remove the listing. Despite this, Matt and his team insist on keeping the commission contract in place if the business sells. I'm now pursuing legal action, regardless of the cost, because he thinks he can bully others due to his wealth. He chose the wrong fight, and I am prepared to see this through out of principle. It was my mistake not to research his firm thoroughly. He has a history of litigation involving unprofessional and corrupt practices. He may close deals, but he lacks business integrity. If this review prevents even one person from using his services, it will be worth it. I hope many others choose to avoid him after reading this. Stay far away from this company. This is one star to many that he even gets. It should be a zero star rating.
