Jeff will take you to see houses and will teach you about looking for water in the basement, checking out drainage and the foundation, warning signs and potential 'challenges', as well as being able to answer your questions about septic vs cesspool, how much electric you really need, sussing out if there is gas on the street (for a later stove conversion), and telling you how old the roof is just by looking at it. And any other questions you might have! If he doesn't know the answer, he will find out. He is so thorough and eagle-eyed that you can get excited about the hardwood floors and eat-in kitchen, knowing that Jeff will spot EVERYthing you need to be aware of. He's also really personable which helps when you're spending entire weekend days with someone. We had one crushing disappointment along the way -- not his fault -- and Jeff's straightforward "Okay, that's in the past, let's move forward" attitude was key in getting us right back out there (and we found our house THAT weekend.) He will guide you through the entire process, through closing, and make you feel -- the whole time -- pretty much like you are his only client. Once you close, and you need an electrician, a floors guy, a painter, whatever, Jeff 'has a guy' and if he doesn't, he won't quit until he finds you someone. Jodi was extremely helpful in a what became a drawn out process due to some issues with our sellers. The anxiety and anticipation that you have during the closing process cannot be understated. My wife and I were unsure whether we needed a real estate agent or not. We considered trying to by a home on our own. By a strike of luck, my wife met Jodi at an open house and we could not be more thankful for this chance meeting. Jodi asked us questions about our family, lifestyle, and our jobs to best understand the type of home that would be suitable for us. Jodi worked hard to ensure the lines of communication between us and the sellers was constant, despite their lack of responsiveness. Jodi was constantly available to us for any questions and concerns we had during the process. This included taking some time during her vacation to make sure the seller's were doing everything they promised. (There were some C/O issues and some repairs that the seller's had promised that complicated the closing). I recieved a call this afternoon from Juan Garcia a Real Estate agent for Arvy Realty. Our conversation started off on the wrong foot immediately. He is a very arrogant and cocky person. After a few minutes of talking with Mr. Garcia, I realized how unprofessional of a person he is -- no patience and extremely rude!!! He was bothered by me not knowing what type of business I was looking for. He basically insulted me because I wasn't prepared in my search and even said that he's "dealt with people like me before" and then proceeded to hang up on me before I was able to ask him what's available. He thinks he is God's gift to the real estate community. When I finally figure out what I'm looking for, this will be the last place I consider calling!

If you are thinking of selling a house with Tammy, she is good for an MLS listing and that's all. She didn't show the house, the owner did. She didn't show up for the inspection, the owner did. She showed up 20 minutes late for the final walk through, and didn't bother to show up for the closing. The deal took 4 months. Our buyers agent couldnt get her on the phone, she didn't answer emails or texts. She could've disappeared and we wouldn't have known better but a friend follows her on social media and there she was posting pics of her partying. Super Bowl in particular, also a day she wouldnt respond to us. The sellers themselves were not the brightest and being they basically sold their own house, they had no guidance and took the maximum time possible to get out of a house that was empty for 3 years. Shame on you Tammy for being as bad of an agent as possible. You will be reported to LIBAR and I hope they take your license and your gravy train stops.
