Now they want a new socurity card, because the card she has is old. Even that the numbers can be identified, the management will not accepted it. I don't get it the numbers are there, he can see them. My daughter filed for a new card, which can take up to 3 weeks. In the mean time she has to get out of her apartment by March 6, 2026. The manager of the pleace has put her in a big mess. She even paid $200.00 fee for the application. All see can hope for that the new card comes in time. I would never recommend this place to any body, the right hand don't know what the left is doing.

The property manager actually stopped responding for the entire year once I moved in. They would wait 2 days for snow removal. I had the tub one backup and send them pictures for repairs and they never responded. I had to get my own repairs services. If you want peace and quiet, this is not the locations for you. They made sure to take my money but never responded or helped me while living there. Horrible customer service and happy I left. I have them over 25,000 in rent & couldn't even get them to answer the phone when I had issues.
