So where do I begin, when I first met my agent she stated she would only need a few items to get me approved and into an apartment. everyday it seem like she needed more and more information which I gladly provided. On a Monday she reached out said I was approved for the apartment I would just need to sign my lease. I met her at the property with my deposit ready to sign my lease which was in her hand with my name on it. I simply asked if apartment would be cleaned prior to me moving in as she promised. she then took back the lease wouldn't let me sign said she wanted to clean property i said okay remembering this is what she promise. well 3 days later after getting no response I reach out to the owner where he states he doesn't know anything about anything which I found alarming. well I email her this morning after 4 days of her not getting back to me she tells me sorry but I decided to give the property to another applicant. this place is inconsiderate, untrustworth, and inconsistent. my agent name was Nina Malloy she was a horrible agent this was a terrifying experience and if you get her as an agent please run as fast as you can because she in this business for all the wrong reasons... the worst experience ever!!!! read more
