Now they want a new socurity card, because the card she has is old. Even that the numbers can be identified, the management will not accepted it. I don't get it the numbers are there, he can see them. My daughter filed for a new card, which can take up to 3 weeks. In the mean time she has to get out of her apartment by March 6, 2026. The manager of the pleace has put her in a big mess. She even paid $200.00 fee for the application. All see can hope for that the new card comes in time. I would never recommend this place to any body, the right hand don't know what the left is doing.

We had such an amazing experience with Realty Direct NY…read more Unfortunately my husbands mother suddenly passed away in the summer. Aside from being overcome with grief, now we had to decide what to do with her home. From the minute we made the first call they were attentive and not at all pushy. They told us to take our time and not rush into anything and to make sure this is the decision we wanted. They assured us they would be there if and when we needed them...boy were they not kidding. We decided to sell and Amy Kernaghan Lent and Donald Lent came to us and went over everything from soup to nuts. They spent about 2 hours with us. Within days they hosted an open house and about a week later we had 3 offers. We accepted an offer and basically got a daily update, whether it was a phone call or a text just to keep us updated on the progress. I have heard horror stories from friends about realtors they have signed on with. We experienced nothing but professionalism and guidance through a very tough time. I cannot thank them enough for everything they did for us. Scott and Lauri Gangale
