He ignored requests for necessary maintenance, called me repeatedly during my work day to ask about rent that wasn't due yet (I will note that I never paid even a day late), and he ignored my calls for weeks when I needed to speak with him about renewing my lease. Speaking to some other renters I know in the area, it appears that Jolie is running a real racket with the local landlords, who all behave in a variety of inappropriate ways.
