This brewery does not have a kitchen. So they allow customers to bring in food from others local eateries to feast in their bar while ordering craft brew. We brought in smash burgers from M Shack. We had a large gathering and ordered a few beers. I had a sample of the Funky Buddha Maple Bacon Coffee Porter was excellent but heavy with food so chose the Ghost in the Machine double hazy 8% and loved it. They offer digital golf simulator, Golden Tee and darts with vintage Nintendo video games. I love the space and comfort of this place. As I am not an IPA guy, I can struggle finding a Google lager or ale. I typically go to Publix around the corner. They list their beers on the "untapped app." So it pulls me out of the house on a mission. This beer house has easy parking. read more

I must say that I wish this spot was closer to me! This is such a unique spot that serves really good brews. They have a few games spread throughout and even a golf simulator, which you do not see often. They also had a working super Nintendo that customers could play on. Honestly, I was blown away with how much they had to offer. I have been to this locations a few times and I can say that they do have a great selection of beers. I believe they have 2 to 3 different cider beers, which I like, which is accommodating to my taste. One issue I can say is parents bring their children here that at times can cause a very elevated noise discomfort for the environment especially if you want to go relax and have a beer after work. Not really sure how I feel about kids running around a beer place, I know I wouldn't bring mine there. They do have trivia on Wednesday nights which is great and starts at 7 PM. First time players and we came in first with a prize of $25!! Another downfall is that they do not offer any sort of appetizers or foods to serve with the beer it's basically bring your own food or you can order from restaurants that are close by. (I guess that's a plus they allow outside food) Also my friend split a drink that was filled to the top of her glass and the bartender gave her napkins to clean up instead of having staff do it which was very unprofessional and poor customer service. read more

Went to this establishment a short while ago and arrived at roughly 10:30ish PM. As soon as I sat down I noticed a couple near me concerned about the whereabouts of the other bartender. The bartender that was working told the two that the other bartender had went outside but never returned. The couple obviously worried offered any assistance and even explained that they would be willing to watch the bar if she needed to go look for her coworker. The bartender refused the offer. Shortly after the couple decided to leave, the "missing" bartender wanders around from behind the bar and makes the announcement that she has been sleeping. Her red hair was disheveled and she subsequently just sat for the rest of the evening on a stool staring aimlessly. She never offered to assist with any customers drink orders nor made conversation with anyone. At one point she randomly started to have a lengthy dissertation speech about the non-committal aspects of her boyfriend which I'm sure no one was interested in hearing about. It would have been nice if the bartender told the couple that they didn't need to worry. Right after this event another customer walks in and the bartender decided to discuss with her the lack of hours she has been given and that she only works three days. The nice lady tried to offer some help and stated that a 24 year old should be working full time and provided assistance on how to ask. As soon as this customer walks out the door the bartender blurts out...I love getting unsolicited advice from strangers...Then the sleepy bartender comments...yeah...she's weird...I felt bad for this poor lady that was just trying to be nice. There are health/hygiene and safety risks associated with employees sleeping at a business licensed as a retail beverage and permanent food service entity. I hope the management can take responsibility and educate its employees on proper etiquette so that no one becomes ill. This place used to be so nice. I've been coming to this place since day one, usually great service and entertainment. The place is under new ownership and the new owners have very different ideas for the business. I am very disappointed of the service last night. They had a full house of customers and only one person behind the bar. The lines was 10+ people long at any given time. Also I could be wrong but they are changing the format and the entertainment schedule. I will try to come back eventually to see how things are once new ownership is settled in, in the meantime I wouldn't go out of my way to go here when there are so many other places to visit in the area. read more

We walked over to the bar and the bartender asked what we wanted and after kept walking away after each single beer order. Then after only getting to order 2 beers (out of the 10) he brought the 2 beers over and then ignored us for 10 minutes while helping everyone else around us without letting us finish ordering our first round. Really Good Beer Stop has become my Friday night hangout spot. Not only do they have really good beer but they have a really good DJ who hosts music trivia. The beer options were plentiful. They have more than 20 different varieties of beer on tap as well as additional beer in the cold case. There are only a couple of food options (which I have not tried). But the great thing is they allow you to bring in food from anywhere. My friends and I have been ordering pizza from a local Nocatee spot. This place is clean and all of the employees wear face masks. Last week they got really crowded so the owner stood at the door making sure they did not exceed their capacity. There were several tables inside as well as outside. They recently added a few benches to give the outside a little more capacity. I have been to Really Good Beer Stop a few time and every time I have Thoroughly enjoyed myself. They always have a good variety of beers on draft and several in cans that you can buy if they don't have what you want on draft. I've personally loved a good game of Name That Tune followed by three or four beers to wash down my loss several times. Trust me nothing helps a loss like a good beer. The bartenders are all very informative and helpful. This is a great place to bring your family as they have games and books for kids. I personally prefer coming here with friends and catch up with tasting tons of different beers. read more

I visited the original RGBS several years ago right after they opened & really enjoyed it. My thought when I left was that I wish they were a little closer. Now they are! Nocatee is where one of my favorite friends lives, so we congregate there on a pretty frequent basis. It's a wonderful community, but it was missing something - a Really Good Beer Stop! Thank goodness someone figured it out :) RGBS is a great place to stop by after work. They have a very friendly staff and a well thought out tap list. I've come with a group of 10 - none of which liked the same type of beer and everyone got something that made them happy. They've also started offering entertainment - Musical Trivia (with the hilarious DJSeven) and bands (including my favorite Be Easy). Getting the acoustics just right is something they need to work on - but they get a pass from me on that. Lots of good food options nearby & plenty of table space to enjoy - inside or out. read more

Came here on a Friday night at 7:30. Its a fun hip trendy place for craft beer and music trivia and is family friendly.

It's ok. The selection is good and it changes from time to time. Service at the bar is highly variable-- the customer never knows how he/she will be received. The pours of doubles are light -- 10oz rather than the customary 12 -- even for those with 8.0ABV. It's an ok place to try something different but we see it as a "one and done" sort of place. The warm cans to go are not a good value at all. But if you are looking for something "different " this may be a good place to try. read more

RGBS Nocatee review: Not a fan. No real character in the decor. Staff has a "Customer is Never Right, Staff is Never Wrong" attitude. Several young kids serving with no customer service experience. Given it several chances and have been a patron since it opened. Unfortunately, no plans on going back. Over charging, being double charged for drinks, and taking drinks from tables and discarding them are just a few of the other issues. No attempt to correct the issues when brought to their attention. Lame spot in a strip mall. They don't make their own brew and have little to no food. They serve beer from other local and national breweries and that's it... The location is easy to drive by, but don't be upset if you do. The environment feels like your in a hotel lobby with the whole place lacking any vibe at all. If you do drive past, just keep going to Publix. The grocery store sells the exact same beer you can drink at home.
