Dr G (Garfinkel) is great. I went in for Sciatica pain and he has got me 90% pain free with the adjustments and other treatments. He took a lot of time to take my history and always listens to where I am at on the pain threshold. Very caring. This chiropractic is a complete scam and they charge your card if you leave it on file without your consent. Multiple times both my husband and I have been here have had no relief in any of the areas that had pain. For transparency we have now gone to see an acupuncture specialist and pain points are now improving and his lower back pain gone. Acupuncture we see is transparent and isn't in this game to see you long term, I highly recommend to stop seeing a chiropractor. Message me if you'd like the contact. Chiropractors in general are scams and they just want to continue to see you so you can continue to give your money to them and they initially only pull your body apart and you might have some relief immediately but long-term your body does not heal. I have suffered from chronic sinus issues since I was a kid. I usually get at least 3 sinus infections per year, for which I have to be treated with antibiotics. I decided to try alternative medicine and chiropractic treatments to see if my symptoms would improve. Someone on Nextdoor in Willow Creek recommended Dr. Friedman at Arapahoe Chiropractic and Acupuncture Center. He has done wonders for me in treating my sinuses. With allergy season being so bad this year, I have felt so much better and no longer require daily sinus medication! I feel so much better. At 30 weeks pregnant, my baby kicked one of my ribs out of place. Yeah, gross AND unbelievably painful. Dr. Friedman got me in immediately and adjusted my rib so I was out of pain and could breathe again. The baby continues to kick the same rib, and when the exercises he gave me don't remedy the issue, he continues to get me in right away. I was so pleased with his care I immediately referred my husband who has a history of a ruptured disk and 2 broken wrists/hands from a motorcycle accident. Dr. Friedman takes a chiro/acupuncture approach that is totally working for my husband's various issues. We were so pleased with his care, we referred my mother in law who has severe arthritis and has exhausted what western medicine can offer, other than joint replacement. She now experiences several days in a row where she is pain free and I myself have noticed that she is no longer limping and she has more energy and seems happier more of the time; probably because she's not using most of her energy for pain management. The only criticism I have of this office is that sometimes I have to wait for up to 25 minutes. However, I still gave them a 5 star rating because the quality of care is so great, despite this occasional inconvenience. read more

I was referred to Dr. Friedman by a family friend after being treated by another chiropractor with limited success after a car accident several years ago. After meeting with Dr. Friedman, he reviewed my previous treatment history and encouraged me to have an MRI done. Within 6 months under his care, a majority of my issues resolved. It was great to be able to see a physical and massage therapist onsite as part of my treatment plan. Acupuncture worked wonders for my pain management. BEWARE!!!! If you plan on using insurance benefits at this office. Janelle the "Office Manager" is never in the office or NOT taking calls. Janelle, is more than happy to send out a statement that says you have a balance due before checking insurance benefits. If you manage to get a hold of her to discuss benefits, she is very RUDE and short. In my case, after 9 months of treatment I received a letter from my Insurance company with my benefits. Not only had I been over paying at every visit I had met my out of pocket deductible 6 months prior. Which meant I was covered at 100% for almost six months. I have since moved on to a new office. Dr G is one of the BEST chiropractors I have seen since moving to Denver and Bobby at the front desk was always very pleasant and friendly, you could tell she cared about all the patients. Unfortunately, the office manager does not feel the same. I have since given up on trying to get my over payments refunded. Since Janelle will never return my calls. Nic did a very thorough intake exam and does ongoing assessments and adjusts his treatment as needed. With his expertise, my foot pain is much better and more tolerable. Dr. Garfinkel has a very personable nature. He knows my name even before he sees my file. And he remembers details about me that show he is paying attention, not just talking. I was referred to Dr. Friedman from a coworker. Following the directions given when I set up my appointment, I arrived 10 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment time with my new patient paperwork completed. After waiting for 20 minutes past my scheduled time, I was told that it would be another 20 minutes before the doctor would see me. If this is how they treat first-time patients, I can't imagine how poorly you're treated after you are a regular patient. For an office that claims to build its practice from referrals, they provide poor customer service to new patients. I would not recommend this office. read more
