She helped fix my eyebrows in the past, and I've always been so happy with her work. I've also seen Cassidy, who did an amazing job on my hair, and Bonnie, who did a fantastic job on my daughter's hair. Unfortunately, my experience in October was very different. The salon scheduled me with Krystal because Marina was not available. My appointment was at 2:45pm, and I arrived at 2:47pm, two minutes late. From the moment I walked in, Krystal seemed rushed and was noticeably rude toward my little girl, which immediately set the tone. She began working on my eyebrows right away without any conversation or care. She finished in under two minutes, didn't show me a mirror, and just wanted me to pay and leave. I complied because I felt extremely uncomfortable, and I have never experienced a service like that before. When I got to my car and looked in the mirror, I was shocked, my eyebrows were destroyed. I have naturally thick brows and only needed a simple clean-up, but I left with uneven, overly thinned-out brows. They were corked, patchy, and nothing like the full brows I walked in with. When I went back inside to ask for help, no one would assist me. I ended up having to cancel my plans for the evening because of how they looked. I later went to another place, and it took the specialist there an hour just to reshape what was left so that regrowth could eventually happen. It's now December, and my eyebrows are still in bad shape. I went somewhere else again today, and the specialist told me I will have to continue waiting for them to grow back or consider microneedling because of how severe the damage is. Since everyone here is a 1099 contractor, there is no real management to turn to when something goes wrong. I understand mistakes happen, but I should have been taken seriously and helped immediately when I returned to the salon. Instead, I was treated like I didn't matter. I was embarrassed, upset, and completely dismissed. The owner left me a voicemail two days later, and Krystal called to apologize the next day, but by then it felt too late. Accountability should have been taken in the moment. You go to a salon to feel beautiful. Instead, I left feeling extremely embarrassed and insecure. It has now been almost two months, and I'm still struggling with how badly my eyebrows were damaged. I do not want another person to have a bad experience. The salon should have never booked my eyebrows with a nail technician. I was under the impression I was getting the same quality service. Honestly, their customer service is as outdated as their website.

You're asked to arrive 30 minutes early, and we sat around the entire 30 minutes, then finally they walked us through the how-to of it all. the staff is really friendly and the place is clean and well appointed. it was a nice experience, but very indulgent. i don't believe the price is worth it, esp at $1/ounce on the beer & the 90-minute time limit in the room, when one wants to bounce around from sauna to cold shower to hot tub (not necessarily in that order), etc. plus time for dressing and undressing. the anti-gravity massage chairs are also an extra add-on, which i find a bit extreme. overall, we enjoyed ourselves and disappearing from the outside world was rather nice, but it's definitely a one-off, or an annual experience at best. Checking out was equally slow. The host was giving a lady a demonstration on the beer bar and he could have kindly asked to be excused to check us out, but instead he let us sit for over 15 minutes as he gave the gal samples.

As lovely as the common area and patio are, it belies the relaxation that awaits in your private spa room. Before you are escorted to your room, you are offered your choice of locally made beer (My favorite was the "beer flavored beer", which tasted like.... Beer), as well as wine, kombucha, juice, or seltzer water. The drinks are served in a stainless steel insulated tumbler so you don't have to worry about breaks or spills. There are also complimentary snacks available including banana chips and an absolutely delicious savory trail mix. There's also a bathtub full of plastic "bubbles" (think 'grown-up ball pit', but a bathtub) in the common area which invites you to take your most Instagrammable shot. The spa even has a monthly competition for the best photo submission. I appreciate the intentionality with which this spa was designed. Truly they thought of (almost) everything: Hair ties, shower caps, hair dryers, plastic bags for wet clothes, their beer infused shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion offered both in the private room as well as in the common areas, a pitcher of water on the edge of the tub (Because one cannot live off of beer alone).... Even conversation cards containing thought provoking questions placed strategically throughout the facility (Even in your private infrared spa). This is not just an opportunity to relax, but to deepen connection. I came here with one of my friends and in addition to feeling infinitely more relaxed, I left here feeling like my friend and I got to know each other on a much more substantive and meaningful level as a result of this experience. Now before you ask... No, you are not soaking in a tub full of beer. (That was my initial concern, and I almost passed on visiting this spa because of said concern). Instead, you are soaking in a deep stainless steel soaking tub that is full of water and infused with your choice of herbs and aromatics. The room also comes with a CBD infused bath bomb, as well as a CBD and mushroom infused mud mask for extra relaxation and detoxification. The water temperature was absolutely perfect: Nice and steamy but not too hot. The soaking experience was simply not long enough... Which is not a slight to the staff or the facility at all. Just a testament to how relaxing the experience is. I could have stayed there soaking all day without a care in the world. Once we reached the end of our soaking experience, the tub started to automatically drain on its own. We used that time to shower, moisturize, and proceed to the next part of our spa experience... The massage room. The room is dark with small twinkling lights on the ceiling that kinda look like stars and the night sky. There are several zero-gravity massage chairs in the room, but do not be mistaken... These are NOT your run-of-the-mill nail salon pedicure spa chairs. These massage chairs mean business! Even on the lowest setting, my muscles were still sore for several days afterwards because that kneading function gets all up in those muscle fibers. Several times I found myself breathing through the massage like I was having contractions... Especially as those rollers made repeated passes over my lower back. It was definitely the most thorough and intense chair massage I have ever received. Each of the staff members we encountered was absolutely wonderful; Friendly and welcoming, answered all of our questions, gave us plenty of time to take pictures and video to capture the moment and really make the most of the spa experience. Our drinks were never empty and our every need was provided for. The only piece of feedback I have to offer is that it would be great if there were swimsuit dryer spinner on site. I was flying back home immediately after my spa experience and I had to bring my sopping wet swimsuit back with me. I double bagged it to make sure it didn't leak all over the place, but it would have been great to dry it out a bit before putting it back in my suitcase. If you are ever in the area, I highly recommend giving this place a try. It's likely the most unique spa experience you will ever have... Even if you are not a beer enthusiast.

I was surprised that she was interested in hearing any additional feedback/complaints that I had, and this already was a better start. It was clear that her intent wasn't only to help amend my situation, but additionally she wanted to ensure that my concerns were being addressed with the staff to avoid similar situations from happening to other customers. I was offered a complimentary service in lieu of the initial visit, and I am very glad I had the experience to try Woodhouse Littleton again. I was immediately greeted by a friendly woman at the front desk, shown where to put my items, given the correct size slippers, and was offered sparkling water while in the relaxation room. I was relaxed this time, and already slipping into a comfortable mindset prior to my treatment. Alicia, the spa director, introduced herself to me and verified that my check in process was pleasant. I appreciated Alicia's extra step of customer service as this truly made me feel like a valued customer. Jessica was my esthetician for my vitamin C facial, and I plan on coming back for more services from her! I felt like I was in safe hands as she acknowledged my skin concerns, reviewed my skin under the light before beginning any treatments, and discussed potential options with me that she felt were appropriate considering my skins condition. This was the most relaxing and effective facial I've ever received before. Jessica performed quick and non-painful extractions, checked in multiple times to make sure my eyes weren't being irritated by the light, and provided me with relevant recommendations for products. Someone give Jessica and Alicia a bonus because they're awesome! I recommend others to check out WH Littleton for their next spa occasion, I'll be back myself!

I got right in for my massage after changing into the robes and added a hot stone option. The updates to the relaxation room are improving with new, comfy benches and an overall more visually pleasing layout. They even have usable furniture outside now. Big thanks to Alicia who got me back in to change my experience and Kristi, LMT who gave a great focused massage that was much needed.
