I knew when the crews were to arrive so I made sure I was there to meet them. Both crews were not only on time at the start of the arrival window, but everyone was polite. They did an amazing job cleaning both my house and apartment... no surface was missed and with both cleanings, John, one of the owners came over at the end and walked through everything making sure it was done. Also they are flexible in giving custom quotes if you don't even need a whole house cleaned on a regular basis but the ability to add on things as needed. After the initial cleaning, there were still visible spots remaining and a strong urine-like odor that had not been resolved. We contacted the company, and to their credit, they agreed to a follow-up visit. The purpose of rescheduling was so I could meet the technician on site, point out the remaining problem areas, and review the results together. That never happened. There was confusion regarding the technician's arrival time, and by the time I arrived at the property, no one was there. As a result, I never had the opportunity to walk through the concerns with the technician. I followed up with the office asking what areas had been treated and requested the technician's notes so I could understand what work had been performed. Rather than addressing those questions, I was simply told the follow-up was a "courtesy" and that there was nothing more they could do. I understand that not every stain can be removed, especially on an older carpet. My disappointment is with the lack of communication and the way my concerns were handled after the service. I expected a discussion about what was and wasn't possible--not to have my questions dismissed. Based on this experience, I would not use their services again.

I was worried that no one would want to do the work because we were not buying new gutters. Also, our house requires a 20 foot ladder. First we called Leaf Filter, they wanted $8k (first they said $12k hahaha) and that was NOT including new gutters. They said all we needed was their gutter guard. We got Brother Gutters off of Yelp. Best company to work with. I have never had a more polite, on time (scheduling great), and fantastic workers. They know what they are doing. The price was approximately $750.

He confirmed the appointment the day prior and texted when he was en route the morning of -- great communication throughout. Keith was contracted to soft wash our two-level deck and house exterior. We have a lot of outdoor plantings and garden beds, and he took great care to protect all of them. He clearly wasn't rushing the job -- he took his time and went over the deck multiple times to make sure all the algae and mildew were fully removed. The results spoke for themselves. When he finished, the decks, gutters, vinyl siding, brickwork, soffits, and chimney looked pristine -- and I mean like newly installed siding and guttering pristine. I would trust convicted felon more than the people this company hired. the person that came to my house smelled of weed and I cant find my husbands opal necklace that his grandmother gave him before she passed. I didn't notice till after the fact that they never wiped the inside of the bathroom cabinet (it was oily and greasy) and some of the kitchen and bedroom cabinets were dusty/had dirt in them. This was a completely empty house with no furniture and was intended as a pre move in cleaning. It really seemed like they didn't do that much in 4 hours. I actually think they left 15 miI also asked if they would wipe the floors with a vinegar water mixture (I provided the vinegar) instead of their cleaner to reduce the smoke odor from previous tenants and they did not.
