There is a large waiting area with both booth-style testing and a standing area. The decor is very modern & aesthetically pleasing; perfect as backdrops for those bubble tea photos! The qq fresh taro milk tea is a favourite of mine. I recommend getting it with 30% or 0% sugar as the topping and fresh taro paste seems to be very sweet on its own!

There's no seating as far as I saw and the waiting area is quite narrow. This is more of a grab and go place. The employees were quick and helpful, and we got our orders fast. I had the coconut cream tea. It was decent, but the coconut taste wasn't super present and the drink had a powdery artificial taste to it. My boyfriend got the watermelon slushie which I thought was much better. It tasted exactly like fresh watermelon. He ordered it with no sugar, which was good since the drink had natural sweetness. Overall, I would go back again, but I'd maybe try something different. I'd give this place 3.5 stars.

Jasmita the owner of this location was so helpful and friendly in helping me pick between a regular signature matcha milk tea and the roasted one. She gave me a sample to try and even though I was worried to try something new outside of a Taro Smoothie. She made it for me quickly and asked me to taste it in front of her to make sure I liked it. I could tell she really cared and wanted me to like it. And I did! It wasn't too sweet even though I got regular sugar amount, and very less ice. It was strong to satisfy my caffeine fix and also the regular boba was sweet. I would definitely recommend this spot for a substantial afternoon snack and know you'll be well taken care of.

I am not a tea drinker, but I've always loved Chai that I've often had in Milton homes and have never had the same experience in local tea shops. Chai, if you don't know is a type of brewed tea made with Milk and water and sweetened. To me it doesn't taste like what I'd normally think Tea is and I've always loved Chai. I really enjoyed their "Chatime Milk Tea". It is served cold (which I wasn't expecting) but really has the similar chai taste I like. I'm really glad this place has opened up close to my home. Chai is honestly the only tea I enjoy. I'm not sure if "Chatime" is legit chai but it tastes similar to me, it can come with pearls (Tapioca balls or sometimes called boba or bubbles) or without depending on your preference. They can also adjust sweetness level to your choice. Chatime is actually a global franchise so I had low expectations but it's actually really good so I'd recommend people try it (especially I think if you like Chai). After our first visit we went back again and had the pleasure to meet the local owner who lives in Milton. She was very kind and we could tell she really cares about both the service and quality and wants to do everything possible to ensure both are high.

I've been to many Chatime locations across the GTA, but this by far has the worst service and dullest server. I wanted to treat my kids to some cold drinks on Mother's Day, but we left empty handed because of the way we were treated. We walked into the store to find it deserted. We waited for over 5 minutes in hopes that she would acknowledge our presence. She was too busy pouring things to and from big pots. Then when she finished, instead of taking our order, she starts fidgeting with the orders that were coming in from the machine. Ok fine, she finally comes to the cash register, but does not apologize for making us wait. I wanted 3 slushes, and said I want less ice because the last few times, after a few sips, the drinks were left with ice and no flavour. She's like, we can't do that. I said, what do you mean? You're literally making the drinks right in front of us, just put in less ice (I didn't say No ice), she says, oh, we can't do that. Then I said fine, I want the same drink, but not as a slush, just the tea, no ice. We had the same argument about the ice. Just don't put ice in the drinks, how hard is that???! I swear to God, some people are so dense. It's not a robot making a drink with preset instructions, she's an actual person that can think in real time, am I right?? Needless to say, I will Not be going back to this location and will tell everyone else to STAY AWAY!

A decorated purple ballon ensemble was outside their door. Entering the place, I was surprised that it was large with plenty of seats and it had a clean decor. Simple but nice. Purple is indeed the theme colour!! I love how their counter area is a huge plexiglass so one can see what the workers are doing. The drinks were made in a timely manner. The drinks could have a larger amount of toppings since I tend to eat them away quickly. A great place to chill after or before going to Lake Aquitaine for a walk ... and seeing lots of cute squirrels!!
