I have been to this location on the Saturday before the government made a mandatory lockdown for 4 weeks (which started Oct. 22 I think). I walked in and got one of their Christmas drinks. People working there are nice. Also, there was barely anyone inside by the time I got there around noon so the service was pretty fast. However, there was a long line up of vehicles at the drive through so I suggest that you should inside and order because there is barely no one in line.

The baristas here are amazing, Dan especially above all is really fantastic. I've been to a lot of Starbucks locations and I'm a gold member since '07, so I've seen my share of good and bad customer service moments. I also judge these on an averages, not a one off bad experience. And this place has a high average of good experiences. They recently renovated and the new design is so much more spacious. Far more tables and a little quiet area off to the side, which is nice if you're doing work of some sort. More about the staff, there have been changes in staff in the 10 years I've been coming here. But they've always been friendly and genuine, so I imagine the management hiring here is pretty great. The current manager is also very friendly and whenever there are any problems with orders, she resolves them in an efficient and friendly manner. There's no blaming like I've seen at other locations. It's a good happy place.

Great location right on Dundas close to the 403. The baristas are always very friendly and drinks are always made accurately. My only complaint is that this is such a busy location that we often have a hard time finding a seat.

Christmas menu is out on Nov 1st already

This is your typical Starbucks... it is clean, convenient to the 403, and has a drive thru. Even at night, this place is super busy inside and out. I saw at least 5 cars in the drive thru and though there was no one in the line inside, most tables had some sitting there. I would say that it isnt the easiest to get in and out of as the entrance to the parking lot is not available to both street directions. It is a fairly clean space and there are enough tables to allow some groups to sit down. One thing is a worry... they prioritize the drive thru over the instore request. And if there is only one barista (in my case it was)... I was waiting nearly 10 minutes for my drink. Compared to other Starbucks with drive thru, I would say this is exceptionally slow. Overall my drink was ok... it wasn't watery or tasteless. I just dont think it's a great coffee spot or a great Starbucks either.

Matari is definitely my new favourite coffee break. This spot has some unique drinks on the menu and a great selection of desserts/treats to have with your cup of tea/coffee. I love that they're able to modify your drinks based on your preferences. There's quite a lot of options to choose from as well. I really enjoyed the honeycomb and the portion was good to share. It wasn't too sweet but the honey on top was the perfect addition. The drink is served in a beautiful cup and was delicious + worth the wait. Our order was a bit of a long wait despite it not being busy, but it was 100% worth it. Looking forward to coming back! One of my favourite coffee shops in the GTA that I keep going back to over and over again. I especially love their adeni and their croissants. However, I find that everything I've tried on the menu has always been sooo good. It's a little on the pricier side but the atmosphere/ambiance of the place and quality/taste of the products make up for it. They also recently introduced a loyalty program where you can collect points with every purchase. Tried their pistachio cake and loved every bite!

The vibes were super chill and just felt really good to be in. The interior is beautiful too, lots of pretty paintings and artwork, nice seating, and they even have an upstairs area, which is such a nice touch. As for the food and drinks, I got the Qamaria iced latte. It was yummy, but not my personal favourite, I'd give it a 7/10. I honestly think the hot version would taste better. I also tried the pistachio cake and wow, that was amazing. So flavourful, super moist, and definitely worth it, 9/10 for sure. I also got to try the Dubai chocolate croissant and it was absolutely delicious and perfectly crunchy. Easily an 8.5/10 for me. Overall, this place had amazing vibes and some of the best desserts I've tried in the GTA. Definitely a spot worth checking out.

Although it was nice to sip on, it would probably be better hot since it's a medium roast and the flavor got lost between the ice and cream. I will say I wish it was creamier or more silky smooth as well. It gave me the caffeine kick I needed and the cardamom is always a nice touch. The staff is beyond hospitable and friendly. Worth a try!

The cake was spongy, and the cream cheese frosting was spread evenly. However, I would have preferred if the frosting was less sweet although this wasn't a deal breaker for me and I would buy this cake again. The coffee is self-served in a corner of the store by the front door, but you pay at the register. There are also two chairs by the front window but the overall space in the bakery is quite small so I wouldn't imagine a lot of customers staying to enjoy their drinks and baked goods there. We also got a latte and they offered to add cinnamon on top which was a nice touch. We also got the ham and cheese croissant which was good, but I wouldn't say that it's the best croissant ever. I would want to try other bakery items and will definitely be returning soon!

The chocolate croissant was perfect, just like ones we've had in Paris and Napa. The muffins were very good, too. Took advantage of muffin & coffee special.
