This location is pretty strategic. If you are waiting for a GO bus and have to cross into the Square one mall, that is going to take atleast half an hour. If you are tired, no choice. I got a jalapeño packet. Pretty good. That and the spinach feta wrap are the only things I eat at Starbucks. Service was fine. Not too many people on a Monday evening. read more

Thai is a Starbucks with two entrances making it sort of king and thin. Has some tables. It not a ton. Didn't notice any outside seating. I came to buy gift Rafa and that was easy. Parking on one side. Other entrance is major street and has jo parking. 3 stars for this large chain. I default chains to 3 stars as they must be A-OK to expand as they have. read more

My rating is 3.5 stars as a decent 24-hour cafe to hang our while waiting for your GO bus, Mississauga bus, or car ride to pick you up. This cafe is a part of Chapters. I came here to pick up my friend who was coming from Hamilton on a GO express bus. We changed our plans a couple of times to meet for dinner. We were supposed to do dinner on Monday in Hamilton. Due to an upcoming snowstorm and her midterms, we decided to meet on a Friday night here and she graciously came to Mississauga. Her bus was to arrive at 6:20 pm. I got to the lot five minutes earlier and found a parking spot. It gets busy! I walked in. Ten folks were waiting for their beverages. Three people were ordering at the front. I looked at some food. It's incredibly packed that my friend and I had to text where we were. It's a large cafe. Everyone looked identical this night -- we all had hats, mitts, and winter coats on. We found each other and left for dinner. We came back here a couple of hours later where I dropped her off before her bus arrived. It's the perfect place to stay warm, and grab food and a drink as you wait for the bus or a ride. Perhaps next time, I'll buy a drink and will have more to say about the items offered this Starbucks. The people working there were friendly pretty quickly with your order despite being seemingly busy at the time I ordered a grande Iced Apple Crisp Macchiato. This Starbucks has totally a different vibes compare to most of the Starbucks I been to... You won't find teens hanging out here studying or hanging out with their friends.....not a lot of people parking themselves here for hours just to use the WIFI... Here people pop in and out before or after they get off the Mississauga buses... and everyone seems to be in a rush.. some even with suitcases... This starbucks location is definitely one of the best locations, hands down. The staff are just THAT GREAT. They are fast, efficient, they get your order right. It probably has something to do with the fact that they are next to the sq1 bus terminal and see hundreds of people per day. Since it's right by the GO bus terminal, you can imagine that it gets quite busy. That being said, the staff are quite efficient and you only wait about 5-8mins for your order. It sucks that it has limited seating, but hey, it's a café. It's just here for busy commuters to get their dose of coffee! The staff are really friendly and they are very accommodating. I don't really come to Starbucks often so I had no idea what to order. I'm also REALLY indecisive so I'm grateful that they were patient and gave me lots of recommendations before I chose a peppermint mocha (which btw was delicious). It's kinda like a milky coffee with whipped cream. Obviously with peppermint flavour to it. If you have a sweet tooth then you can order as is but I ordered half sweet, which perfectly suited my taste! read more

This location is officially my favourite spot to go to!!! Even when there is a lineup almost out the door, by 2 minutes you'll be at the front of the line ordering. Staff is incredibly quick here and awesome at their jobs. They're polite, efficient and friendly. It's a good and convenient location which explains why it was so packed when I went in-every table was taken with people studying and hanging out. It was also a louder than usual Starbucks location. We got the most basic drinks of course: passion tea lemonade and pumpkin spice latte. Both were made to perfection and enjoyable. read more

Probably the worst Starbucks in the city. There's a lot that can be said for a 24-hour coffee shop that's literally stuck in between a bookstore and a GO Station. Everyone passes through here. Doesn't matter who you are or where you come from - you've probably stopped in here at least once in your life if you live in the city. This is both a good and bad thing. Service is reasonably fast due to the staff understanding the need for a quick turnover. On the downside, the place is often filthy. I walk in here most times and find dirt tracked in, the countertops covered in coffee stains, water or little bits of paper, and the staff are usually running around looking through shelves to restock ingredients. The less said about the often-disgusting washrooms, the better. The staff themselves are friendly, but they also yell at each other from across the room about getting more supplies, drink orders or anything else that crosses their mind. If there's one damning aspect of this Starbucks, the noise level is it. And that's not counting little things like the people who don't seem to understand that you're supposed to let people go past you instead of bunching up at the door like a bunch of Lemmings crowded near the edge of a cliff, the standard Starbucks problem of people hogging tables without paying for a drink and the somewhat lackluster outdoor seating options. I will say that their coffee is usually solid, and I found myself sitting outside and enjoying the breeze after getting a prompt iced coffee. The staff do a reasonably good job of processing people through in order. Yet, I can't suggest that anyone visit here unless it's for a quick in-and-out drink order. Compared to other 24-hour Starbucks locations in the city (like the one by Hurontario and North Service Road), this branch comes up far short. read more

I visit this particular Starbucks location almost daily, because it is so close to my condo, and on my way to the highway in the morning. I am rating my visit yesterday (Saturday) in particular, because it was SO BUSY when I arrived. The line up extended almost to the door on Station Gate Road. Given how busy they were, and the number of people in the shop, they did a great job of meeting my expectiations. The store manager was taking everyone's food and beverage orders while they were in line, so that the drinks could be started before you even got to the register. At the register, it was a quick and simple process to pay, and then before you knew it your drink was ready. What could have been a nightmare visit flowed very easily, and I was really impressed by their organization and ability to manage such a groud. read more

Perfect place to wait for the person arriving to the Square One Go 6. Nice place to meet a guy, especially because he probably likes books 7. Loud place for small business meetings, but I've done it anyway 8. Really busy place to finish that essay or the art project you've been working on, but people do it anyway (as have I) Other facts: Servers are nice. Wi-fi isn't free. Perpetually busy. My experience in this place is quick. Got a frappucino and it was average. It's lacking some flavour but I wasn't sure if it was the product or the way it was made. But I always enjoy their expensive snacks, they are delicious. The place was nice and I always enjoy the ambience of every Starbucks. This early in the morning is slow so you can order and get out. Being 24 hrs is convenient also, we can drop in at anytime with ample parking. Having chapters beside it you can read a book and sip sip on you drink. read more

Overall low quality across the board. The chances of having your drink made right the first time is slim, you try for the second and really hope for the third time( if you can stand to be in there for that long). But don't forget, asking for your drink to be made right, comes with the free eye roll and snotty attitude from the children they keep employed there. read more

Most of the staff have a great balance of being efficient and pleasant. But.. A couple of them are just too long winded in their pleasantries.. And talk amongst themselves, thus delaying the delivery of orders. They should realize that most customers who come in are in a rush. Hence, I'm knocking off two stars. read more

One of my favourite Starbucks locations! The staff here are usually super friendly and drinks are usually tasty. It does get loud here but I've been able to study at this location no problem if I could find a seat. Seats usually clear up around 5-10 minutes so don't fret if you can't immediately find a seat. read more

I enjoy Starbucks quite a bit and I like this location a lot. Service has been great, albeit very busy at times. However, I will not be frequenting this Starbucks anymore due to the throng of canvassers on the corner of Station Gate and Rathburn. Indeed, the canvassers will heckle you and actively try to block your path. I have no idea how they think that this will entice someone to listen to their sales pitch, but I have had enough.
