Luis did a fantastic job. He upgraded the latch from the crappy one I had too. If you ever need any fence or gate work Luis is your guy!! 5* He is a very stand up guy. I can't say enough great things about Innovative Concrete Solutions! It took me six months to find…read morethe right concrete contractor for my new build, and I'm so glad I waited until I found them. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, responsive, honest, and incredibly detail-oriented. They kept me informed throughout the entire process, took tremendous pride in their work, and were respectful of my property. They were also exceptionally clean--when they finished, they didn't leave debris or a mess behind. They completed a driveway extension, stamped and colored patio, mow strip, and a custom concrete bench, and the quality of every part of the project is truly second to none. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and finished product exceeded my expectations. It's clear that this is a company that genuinely cares about doing things right and making sure their customers are happy. Finding the right contractor can be stressful, but Innovative Concrete Solutions made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional concrete work. Five stars all the way!

Originally, last May, we wanted the side driveways and a concrete slab to put our Tuff Shed on in the backyard, but within a week, we knew Innovative Concrete Solutions would also do high quality work on the patio portion that we wanted stamped and colored, so we added that to the backyard project. The owner Ramon designed a color for me after I showed him pictures of the shade of terra cotta I was going for. I received so many compliments on the unique color of my patio concrete from friends, family and neighbors. He can work a color to your preference, he has colors ready or you can come up with your own like I did. My husband and I were super pleased with the entire look of the two sides and back yard! Four months later in Oct, we were ready to put a couple of concrete walkways in the front yard. Again, I had specific designs chosen for stamping and colors and Ramon delivered again on another unique design and color impression sample that satisfied the look I was going for. For the price he was charging me for the two walkways, it was indeed worth what I got in return. The work done was professional and high level. We were beyond happy with the vibe and look created. THEN UNEXPECTEDLY, the ground below the main walkway started uprising within a month of the completed walk way work. My husband called Christian, and both Ramon and Christian came by within minutes and ensured us they would redo the concrete edge so the sidewalk and walkway would be seamless again. Not that any of this uprising was their fault and yet Ramon didn't want to charge us for any of the work he did today to get the concrete even with the sidewalk again. As customers worldwide would agree, customer service beyond the original project or product is everything to us. Thank you INNOVATIVE CONCRETE SOLUTIONS for the innovative and custom look created for us and the solution to the only one problem that came up. We cannot thank you enough for all the beauty the concrete has brought to our outdoor space and for going above and beyond to smooth down the edge of the concrete which looks absolutely amazing now!!

I looked up local fence repair on Yelp and filled out the quote form on their website. Within minutes I got a call from them! (I must have gotten very lucky with my timing. Please don't expect unrealistic instant replies every time.) They were available to go out there that day to take a look and give me an estimate. Being a shared fence we coordinated with my neighbor. Kingdom is very professional. They had a formal agreement, an itemized invoice, and you can pay through Intuit Quickbooks online. You pay a 10% deposit before the start and the rest at the end of the project. Be aware there is a 3% charge for using card. But you can use ACH to avoid it. They also split the invoice between my neighbor and I. The day of the project start they recommended using steel posts instead of wooden posts due to the weight of the panels. No additional charge. They even took the time to paint the steel posts on my side black to match the panels! I called on Wednesday and by Saturday the fence was repaired! Thank you Kingdom Gates and Fences!

Solano Seamless came out and re-attached the downspount on top AND on the bottom, AND made a mid-point attachment for additional stability, using screws rather than nails so that the downspout will stay in place for many, many years to come. They were polite, clear, did a great job, and agreed to return to do the same (replace nails with screws and add mid-point attachments) to ALL the downspouts on my house to ensure that I don't have any more falling downspouts in my future (seriously, it was scary - it looked as if the detached downspout was ready to fall and hit someone in the head). Their prices were VERY reasonable, and they did the emergency fix for free, which astonished me. I recommend them for any service, repair or installation involving gutters and/or downspouts that you may have. They are total pros, great communicators, and charge very reasonable prices.

DID NOT COMPLETE THE JOB! GHOSTED!…read more I had several issues with Joseph. First, he way overcharged me for the work done. Had to run back to Lowe's several times because he either forgot items or got the wrong kind. He never offered a receipt for purchases. He screwed up the installation of the vertical blinds by not hanging them high enough, then decided to just cut the bottoms of them. He had to go back to Lowe's to get more blinds becasue he didn't know he needed two sets, and he took way too long to do the jobs he did do. The worst part is that he was supposed to come back and finish cutting the blinds so they fit, and he completely ghosted me. So now I have to go back and do it myself.
