they are awful and customer service is brutal. I have a standing renewal on medicine I need to alleviate pain. it should be ordered for pick the last Friday of every month. They have twice forgot to order and all they say is sorry it can come 4 days from now. i will have missed my injection day by 4 days once it comes in this time. So, I dont hate this store. In fact, I used to shop there all the time. But geographically its not as convenient. So today, I went in to shop. Did not have access to a cart but thought, well, I can grab one up inside store ( this location is on an upper level.) No carts available upstairs. NONE - I asked, and they wont be changing that policy aside of when store opens a few are left upstairs. When they are gone, they are gone. :/ ok, I said, but I would def spend more money if I can have something to carry and they said it is out of their hands. Spoke to a manger about it, she said its a corporate decision. I said, well: one more reason to spend my money somewhere else. If you dont have the room to store the carts so that people can spend more money? What on earth are they thinking????? Apparently the consumer is not important to the board there and they are missing the mark hard. Easy solution for me, I can spend that money somewhere else where they actually value the consumer for whom they are in business for. Shelves look like heck, there was no wait to pay, that was great, parking, lots of it, but between no bags anymore unless you buy one, no carts to carry the load in, they are making me far less motivated to shop there! I come here out of convenience because it is close to me and easy to order on line and grab and go but I have had a few issues with two of the ladies there Carrie and jenelle and to be frank---- they do not need to be shopping for anyone! They do not know how to properly gather the bread, milk, cheeses, meats, deli meats, produce, or fruits. I have had expired produce or wilted I should say, fruits like peaches soft and too ripened, meat that would expire within a day and milk that had been expired 2 days ago! To the manager- Rob- it is very disappointing in having the service of online shopping when your staff do not know how to properly shop for the customer especially when I say-"please give me the milk or meat with the longest expiration date". I have had both of these ladies verbally fight and argue with me when I have come in complaining about my order. How about "I am sorry for the mix up????". Why are you both so rude? Why are you both confrontational? Why is your behaviour ok? You are representing loblaws, and you both lack customer service! Maybe change jobs if you are this angry and miserable????? read more

I go to this Superstore (on160th in South Surrey) on a regular basis. Have found of late that they seem to consistently fail to charge sale or posted discount/clearance prices. So as not to hold up the line at the cashier I do not take the time to review my receipt till I get home. I buy items on sale to save money... not to get charged the full price. Between the cost of gas and my time it is hardly worthwhile going back to stand in a line at customer service then wait for them to correct their error. Next time they make a mistake will probably be the last time they will have me (as one who has been along time customer) as a customer. There are plenty of alternative grocery stores nearby. read more

I find Superstore is the same old same old, and they never did resolved problems they are well aware of 2017, and a 2nd letter from 2018. But small improvements in some areas, today. I still don't trust their prices and I only do minimal shopping at this location. Only one same staff member left and I can only hope for zero, the new staff are just that, NEW, with no bad habits. read more

Would give zero stars! Be careful with how they scan your items. I spent over $300 and was supposed to get a free item. They charged me instead for all 3 items and cashier realized so she refunded. But the overriding supervisor thought she just gave me a refund (this was about $89). So she spent 30 minutes trying to refund or correct this and made me pay another $89 dollars. I am so mad at myself for not checking in the first place! I can't believe they wasted 30 minutes of my time!! Will never come back to this place. Worst experience ever with staff who unfortunately don't know what they're doing. read more

I mostly shop here. If I shop somewhere else it's only for convenience. They have great prices you can't beat. Also love they they have everything from food, clothes, toiletries, makeup, home decor, toys, pet essentials and more! The reason I'm giving only a 4 is because the shelves are often not fully stocked. I am vegan and love the natural food isle they have so many vegan and gluten free and sugar free options. read more

If it is what real Canadian is about, well, too sad. Went there today. Couldn't find anyone neither in meat nor in fish departments for 15 min. Rows full of chips and processed foods, low quality and expensive for what it is. In the vegetable department, there are bags with rotting greens, and the cauliflower was of a size of nuclear reactor. There is no real, healthy food there. On the way out I found myself in the traffic jam, because their smart employees collected all the shopping baggies in one row and blocked the driveway, and left it that way. Why would someone invest all this money only to offer unhealthy food and lack of service? read more

I really like this grocery store and come here weekly because the selection is great, it's clean and very good prices. I wish they would provide smaller grocery carts. I'm not going to get an enormous one and end up with a basket. Since it gets heavy I just want to get out of there. the store is clean, prices are pretty good, and variety is great; but i have to be honest, i shop usually late in the evening, and i honestly can't say the staff is super friendly or helpful. there are a few employees i've interacted with, and im assuming they are part of the upper staff, supervisors or management, but they have such a rude tone of voice and attitude. i even witnessed one woman even yelling at another employee right on the sales floor!! i felt so sorry for the poor kid... regardless of whether or not this young man maybed messed up or did his job wrong, does not give any supervisor or manager the right to publicly humiliate a fellow employee or colleague like that! at the very least, pull him/her to the backroom and talk with a level head back there, but not on the sales floor or amongst customers and other employees!! i was so shocked at this woman's behaviour!! so vile. read more
