    Stay away. Waited 6 months for the bottles to be picked up after terminating horrible service. Never got credit for the bottles.

    6 month update: all is going smoothly with water softener!…read more Original review: We wanted to thank Trevor for his amazing help in installing an Eco Twin 2.0 in our home. Our water is night and day better than it was before. I can drink from the tap with no mineral taste. I can wash my hands without a gallon of soap. I can rest easy knowing my home's plumbing is better protected. The price of the full install was very reasonable and Trevor made scheduling easy. From start to finish Trevor was super helpful and easy to work with. He made an initial consult visit to make sure he knew the house layout and all the materials he would need for the install, and then came out a couple of weeks later to install the unit. One thing I liked is that he is also a licensed electrician, and was able to pull wire directly for the unit and he even installed a new, unused outdoor outlet near the unit solely for our convenience and use. This shows an attention to detail and quality that I really appreciated. The install went smoothly and Trevor gave us a nearly one hour long in-person training on all the things we need to know about owning the water softener. He allowed us to record the video which gave us a ton of peace of mind. Within the same day our water was vastly improved. We also received a followup call from Brenda, one of the owners, and she was very helpful and friendly. We are very grateful to Trevor for his time and help and are loving our new system!!!

    I can't say I'm happy writing this review, but I feel I need to. I had used BeastBay Plumbing once…read morebefore when we had a drain problem. They were responsive, the tech was friendly and informative. He fixed the problem and we signed up for their loyalty program. I knew our water heater was nearing the end of its lifespan and I called them to get a quote. Sydney came out and explained options. I ended up going for the tankless water heater. I also got quotes to replace a faucet in the kitchen and install a new shower fixture. The techs that showed up were courteous, but were a couple of hours later than the time I had expected. I anticipated the faucet and shower fixture jobs to go fairly quickly, but they took almost two hours. Then they started work on the water heater. What Sydney hadn't discussed was the need for direct power for the tankless system, or the need for a new vent. The tech wanted to open the ceiling up, but as it's a two-story house, and a tile roof, that was a hard no. They ended up doing a vent through the side of the house. At first they said it would be a two-day job, which was not mentioned when I booked the job, but after getting the side vent in, they said they'd finish that day. Here is where things go very very badly. The next day I went into the garage to move a car. I was overwhelmed with the smell of gas. I called BeastBay and phone center told me to call 911, which I did. In the meantime I opened the garage door. I realized after I hit the button, should anything spark, the whole place could go up. Thankfully, it didn't. The fire department came out, pinpointed that BeatBay had not tightened the gas connection to the tankless unit and turned it off. Then began a 2+ hour marathon of calls to BeastBay to get someone out immediately. Except they didn't. I had to call the office 4 times, and then had three different conversations with the office. In the meantime Sydney came back out to see what was up. I explained the severity of the gas leak and also told him I wasn't happy that he hadn't mentioned needing direct power, or the need to re-vent from the previous water heater. Sydney indicated there would be a small rebate and they would service the unit going forward free of charge. The tech showed up, apologized for not securing the gas line, tightened it up and left. This was a week and a half ago. I heard nothing more from BeastBay. I called the office Wednesday and asked they memorialize what Sydney had said during our meeting in writing. The woman who answered, Sarah?, said she'd have to check with Sydney, in a tone that said she didn't believe he had offered anything. She came back and said that was correct and she'd send it over as an email. Nothing was forthcoming. I've called the office twice today, two times no one answering, and the third time it going to a general voice mail. To say I'm disappointed in the service is an understatement. This is a massive failure on so many fronts.

    My husband and I purchased a business that had a contract with Neptune Water Solutions. However…read morewhen we purchased the business we purchased the assets of the business (the equipment, hardware of the business) we did not purchase any of the debt of the business and any contracts that were in the previous owners name had to be changed into our name because our business was a new corporation and this in order to continue the contract the contract needed to be in the name of our corporation and not the previous owners. All other providers the previous owner contracted understood this and happily opened up contracts with us in our corporation name because like I had mentioned before when we purchased the business we purchased the assets of the business but not any of the debt which included contracts that the owner owed or was in contract with. Neptune Solutions continues to try hold us to the previous owners debt. They say we owe them for charges that we did not make prior to us having ownership of the business. So, we informed them we would not like to continue a contract with them and to please pick up the equipment. They refused to do so!! They sent us to collections, and we informed collections that we purchased the business and this debt was in the former business owners name, and collections agreed with us and promptly closed the collections (especially since the amount was like 500+ dollars). Seeing this Neptune solutions, decided to open up the account again and start charging us again (to have a higher amount to collect on since the 500-+ charge was too small) but get this, THIS TIME THEY WERE CHARGING US FOR SERVICE ON EQUIPMENT THEY DID NOT COME OUT TO SERVICE. Since 2021, we took down their equipment, it doesn't work, and no one has come by. We've asked them to pick it up, and take it with them, and they refuse to do so. The one time someone came out he also refused to take it. It's been sitting unused for 2 years. Color me surprised when we received a new charge for January 2023!!!! And even if they wanted to argue they came on the premises and serviced without us knowing we have cameras and have footage that shows that they have not been to our business in 2 years. So the charges on its face do not have any merit and further go to show the deceptive practices they will employ to get money out of a small business. I am quite surprised I have to take it to these Lengths. We have been trying to get out of this contract for at least 2 years but they refuse despite the contract is not in our corporation name and we've asked nicely to please let us out of the contract. All of the charges they've made and included on the invoice were charges they fraudulently made because we have not used their system since 2021. If you are a small business RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN. They use deceptive practices to keep taking money from you. We've emailed and asked nicely for them to take the equipment and let us out of the contract since we did not sign a contract with them and they continue to hold us to this contract even though we did a asset purchase and NOT A STOCK PURCHASE. Please do not do business with them!!! We've tried for 2 years to settle this. But they have not serviced anything or taken their equipment.

    I'm sad to write this review on Mike as he came across as a nice guy and was helpful at the…read morebeginning of the engagement. I have a rental property with some slow flushing issues. He said he couldn't fix that as it needs some special valve and requires a lot of work etc. So - instead, he recommended just changing the toilet. While it's not ideal as it costs me a little more, I went along with the suggestion to save time. After installing the toilet, he texted me that everything is done and asked for payment, which I shortly paid in full. 10 min later - my tenant texted me a picture to show protruding uncovered long screws from the base of the toilet and asking why the man left. I texted Mike and he said he intends to go back to fix that up next time. Though why he never mentioned about that unfinished work while asking for payment? In between my communication with him, my tenant texted rude words to him complaining about the "half ass job". He got upset and let me know he won't go back to finish. He won't refund anything either. He'll just leave it undone - with hazardous protruding screws. While I understand why he's upset about my tenant's rude words, it's unprofessional to leave a job undone, while pocketing the full payment. Later - I wrote to him to share my disappointment with his decision on no partial refund and no finishing the work and that I'd write up a Yelp review. And he texted me back with a threat that if I do, he would delete his Yelp account and would sue me in court. Sigh.
