Impossible to cancel. They deliver way more than you order. They keep charging late fees and bills get well over $100 per month. I'm a single dad with 2 young kids. We have ordered a max of 4 bottles a month. They just dropped off 8 bottles. This is a total scam and it is impossible to contact them. read more

Really messed up system. 1. informed of delivery for Saturday late Friday night. 2. Will switch days, or not come on the day when scheduled. 3. Expensive, which would be fine if it were for service. 4. Charge for calls to customer service. 5. ReadyRefresh has been a reliable and convenient service for bottled water delivery. The minimum is 5 cases which lasts about a month. You don't have to subscribe or get on a monthly plan. I prefer to place one-time orders monthly instead. They email me the night before and usually come early in the morning. They walk up my steps and carry it right to my porch. ReadyRefresh has been consistent and the prices have not gone up since I've used them. I see all the negative reviews here but they have been really good to me. read more

They suck!! I have had ReadyRefresh for 2 years and my father had them for 12 years before I took over his account. In the last year I have had 6 missed deliveries. I have a well that is not drinkable and I need the water. I will never recommend Thai company to anyone. A negative 5 star review is too much for this company. Their on-line system for ordering is bad, and there is HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!. Terrible delivery and no way to contact customer service. Delivery is constantly rescheduled and not just for a day or two but for over a week. Customer service won't even take a phone call at this point due to the amount of, what I can only imagine, is complaints about their service. It's terrible. Responding to Chris H. RR, Business Mgr. Chris, I've already 'followed both of your instructions to cancel account. I did 'cancel' account online. Over 7 months ago, In MARCH. Not sure what you mean by 'tentative'. I assume it means that canceling online is not really canceling??? After receiving a delivery, I realized Account is still active. So, I called the 800 # for customer service to cancel. I spoke with "Zack'". After requesting cancellation, 'Zack' said "sure, hold on a sec". I held for 50 minutes and was disconnected. After reading all the neg Yelp reviews I decided I am not wasting anymore of my valuable time. I told This exact same story in writing to PA AG's office of Consumer Protection. First time I've ever had to go to such extremes dealing with a business. Hoping you hear from them soon and they can help get my (and others) account truly canceled and also help me get my bogus late fees refunded. read more

Absolutely the worst company I ever had to deal with, I wish I could give them minus 50 stars, very frustrating we had Eagles Peak for quite a few years and they were very dependable but then ready refresh took over Eagles Peak and we had readyrefresh for 3 months and I could see things were not going to work out they said they were going to deliver on a certain date and they never did and then they kept changing the delivery dates and every time we tried to call customer service I would be on the line for like 30 minutes trying to talk to somebody, so we decided to go with another company Crystal Springs who we are very very happy with so when ready refresh came to pick up their dispenser and a few water bottles that we had we were told that we would get a deposit for the bottles refunded for $23.64 it's been about two months since trying to get this check and they kept saying the check is in the mail and then they gave me a check number and so on and so on, check never came I kept calling and calling and I know $23.64 is not much but it's the principle finally I've come to the conclusion that if they need the $23.64 so much I just didn't want to deal with it anymore I guess this is how they make some of their money it was just not worth calling day in and day out all the time, so my advice is try to find a different water company to deliver your bottled water read more

Horrible! Do not, I repeat, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You will not be able to cancel, they will continue to deliver even after you no longer live there. They don't answer emails for address changes or to stop recurring delivery. They won't answer phone calls. I've had to block payment on my credit card. They still delivered to my old address and sent an invoice via mail. I've sent them via mail even to close account..... Now they are sending me yet another bill for $20 late fee. Smh. Unbelievable as I knew better then to pay the last invoice on water I did not receive as they would keep billing my card. So I paid via check just to make them go away. Stupid me thinking that would work....so they applied a $20 late fee, I have no idea how it was late. Deciding if I want to pay or see if they try to send me to collections. I have used this service for 5 years. It was excellent until this past year. Delivery dates getting bumped without notice. I used to rent a dispenser and ended up buying my own and turned the rental back in. They have continued to bill me for the rental anyway. Selected my delivery dates well in advance and they have literally gone in the system without telling me and REMOVED my delivery dates and changed them. We aren't talking by a day or two - WE ARE TALKING THREE PLUS WEEKS DELAYED. You cannot get a person on a phone - their phone system just tells you that their service representatives are busy due to high call volume and hangs up - you're directed to their website which has no live chat, just an email you send an inquiry to and must wait 5-7 business days for a response. Customer Service is absolutely Terrible. They deserve ZERO stars! I work at a construction company and we have several accounts for our offices and job sites. One Job site was not getting there delivery. Spend useless time on the phone trying to get them water and had to reschedule the delivery numerous times. Finally, I had threatened them that we were switching companies to get them to actually care a little bit. Called this morning and gave me "Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do" If I heard that one more time from them, I was going to scream. I asked to speak to Manager/Supervisor and she was like " Oh I changed the delivery hours on the account and this shouldn't happen again!" So a customer has to threaten to leave and stay on hold for 30 minutes to get what you need and no apology... THATS NOT HOW IT SHOULD WORK!!!
