We have completely run out of water and had to make a trip to Home Depot to get water. Naturally they stock a completely different brand so we had to leave a deposit for the water bottle. We are paying for the convenience of having water delivered, and they aren't delivering. When you call, you are either put on hold for hours, or they hang up on you after leaving you on hold for ten minutes or more. NOTE - if you do not have the infrastructure to take on an acquisition, consider not buying out another company.

In the end, what provided me most with confidence with their services what my call with them this afternoon, when our pool was delayed because of the reno company, and their staff adjusted and when I questioned whether they would be able to do the pool fill this evening their response was that "well, we don't stop until the last customer's water request has been filled." It's 8 PM, awaiting my final dump of water, but I will tell you, I am so confident in their services, that even if that is delayed, I understand because of their commitment and follow-through in their service! I called the day after the water was delivered to talk about the water quality and why it was green and smelled like pond water. Spoke with the owner Todd, who did not offer any resolution, refund/discount, replacement, or chemical reimbursement. I asked what the guarantee was for, basically there is no guarantee it's just fancy words to get you to buy their water. I paid over $1400 for dirty water. Between our pool and hot tub we will need water delivery every year, they lost a customer.

Even though they claim to have resolved the issues every time, the water still comes out of my taps, smelling like sulfur. Myself and a number of other people I know that live in the area refuse me to actually drink the water that comes out of the tap because it is so disgusting. I really wish there was another water service we could opt in for. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Between high prices, and the very poor quality of the water that comes out of our taps, I would freely recommend to avoid them altogether, if we could.

You will always get the call center (they'll say "Culligan of Norristown and West Berlin"), leave a message (or 3) and will never hear back from the main office. It got so bad that I actually drove 40 minutes to their office in Norristown to talk to them in person. The desk clerk told me they haven't been getting any messages from the call center (not sure why this didn't trigger some additional questions on their part). They couldn't locate my softener tank that they had removed to replace the resin. The scheduler at the desk was absolutely clueless and unable to answer any of my questions. He gave me the manager's contact info - another dead end, no call back. I finally got on the schedule to have my tank reinstalled. After about 8 weeks of back and forth the problem is finally fixed. But rest assured I will never again deal with this place. I'd rather have their system replaced by someone else's and pay more $$ than deal with such incompetence. My advice - if you live in the outskirts of Philadelphia, consider calling Culligan or Allentown to see if maybe they'll service your home!

The texture was amazing but flavor was inconsistent. 8/10 texture and 1/10 flavor. The lady ringing me up was also kinda rushing me, probably trying to get through the line ASAP. The line did move pretty quickly though.
