I had some kind of a leak in my garage coming from the ceiling. It was a stain on the ceiling. They cut a huge hole in my ceiling and said that they didn't know where it was coming from. It appears to have stopped so call us back if you notice more water on the ceiling and charged me $200.00. Not to mention left me with a huge hole in the ceiling of the garage. I would not recommend this company. No satisfaction on my end and now I have to pay someone to fix the ceiling. UPDATE: I spoke with the owner and he apologized after I showed him the invoice. Attached are a few photos. Also, Randy the tech refused to take his shoes off in my house because he said he was in the military and injured his leg and needs the boot support which the owner said was a lie and apologized. I had a brand new house with brand new carpet and he walked on my new carpet with his filthy boots. read more

Randy came out and fixed every issue, explained them thoroughly, and charged me less than I expected for the work that was done and the equipment that was installed. They talked me thought it over the phone!! Told me how to fix it myself!!! Really. Who does that anymore. Total cost. Free!! Totally not what I was expecting calling a plumber. Called them up they managed to squeeze me in so had a guy at my house 10 minutes after i called. Had an old pipe that was corroded and cracked. They replaced it at a reasonable price and the guy was friendly. Highly Recommend calling them first I know I will from now on. read more

I had a major plumbing problem and Rich, the owner, directed me to call Public Works first because if the sewer problem I had was on the townships end then the township would pay for it. Unfortunately, the problem was on my end and Rich gave me a reasonable quote (cheapest out of three other places I called) and was able to squeeze me in on a Friday morning. Dave came to my recently purchased home in Moorestown today (in accordance with the date/time that I had arranged with Rich via email) to fix a broken kitchen garbage disposal, a missing stopper in a bathroom sink, and 2 bathtubs whose stoppers did not seal properly. He replaced all three stoppers and got the disposal working (without replacing it) in less than an hour. He was professional and efficient. We contact this company to replace the shut-off valve to our dishwasher. The owner (Richard) gave us a quote just by looking at the picture of the valve area that we sent to him. His price was very reasonable (Hutchinson was going to charge over $400 for the same job, and it was actually their technician who had messed up the valve in the first place). Richard came the next day and replaced the old valve with a brand new one within less than an hour. We are very pleased with his service and will definitely use him for our plumbing needs in the future. We highly recommend this company. read more

After coming out in a timely fashion (plus), the plumber, who pointedly expressed his evangelical Christian views upon seeing a mezuzzah on the door of our home, proceeded to spend the rest of his visit proselytizing, calling our house a "McMansion that isn't built like they used to build houses" and quoted us about $15k for a total bathroom remodel. Received a call back within 10 minutes after calling first thing today (Monday) and leaving a detailed message. I didn't get the guy's name, but I suspect it was the owner. He told me he thought it was an issue with my main drain and that he didn't do that kind of work anymore. He recommended a couple of other companies who could handle that type of work. He spent his time explaining what I could most likely expect. I called CHP to get a gas line installed. I was very happy that they immediately jumped on the opportunity to come out and take a look at the potential job. Two days later they came out and checked things out (Wednesday), and told me they'd have an estimate for me by the end of the week. Ten days went by and no one called. Giving them a chance to make things right I called and inquired about the delay and was told that they would call me as soon as possible (yesterday morning). I called again 5 minutes ago and asked again and was told that they "were going to pass on that". In summary, they forgot about me, and then decided to just drop the whole job. I'm 2 weeks behind my intended schedule for my gas-range installation and will be looking for a plumbing company that values their word and wants my business. read more
