Wow, that was fast. And (OMG) it was done right. **AND** (get this) I didn't break the bank to get good customer service! Isn't that what it's all about? read more

Placed pressure valves on our washing machine valve to stop water knocking. Very efficient. Very knowledgeable. Very prompt. Fair price. Highly recommend. read more

Excellent business. They are on time and they are very knowledgeable. I would strongly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs.

I had some kind of a leak in my garage coming from the ceiling. It was a stain on the ceiling. They cut a huge hole in my ceiling and said that they didn't know where it was coming from. It appears to have stopped so call us back if you notice more water on the ceiling and charged me $200.00. Not to mention left me with a huge hole in the ceiling of the garage. I would not recommend this company. No satisfaction on my end and now I have to pay someone to fix the ceiling. UPDATE: I spoke with the owner and he apologized after I showed him the invoice. Attached are a few photos. Also, Randy the tech refused to take his shoes off in my house because he said he was in the military and injured his leg and needs the boot support which the owner said was a lie and apologized. I had a brand new house with brand new carpet and he walked on my new carpet with his filthy boots. read more

Highly recommend Cherry Hill Plumbing! I need my kitchen's sink faucet to be replaced, and Richard did an amazing job! He was quick and professional. The price was very reasonable which is a plus. Roto Rooter gave me a price for over $800 to replace the faucet (this quote was just for the replacement, and it didn't include a faucet) If you ever need plumbing work done, don't hesitate, and call Cherry Hill Plumbing!!! read more

Call Randy with a question and he immediately put my mind at ease. Greatly appreciated.

Cherry Hill Plumbing is great! We have used them numerous times at our old home in Voorhees and at our new home in Winslow. Everyone who has arrived to provide service has been prompt, courteous and friendly. The work is done expertly, cleanly and they are very reasonable. I would absolutely use them anytime I need plumbing service and they service a wide area of south jersey. read more

Hall of Fame plumber!! Randy of Cherry Hill plumbing is by far the best plumber I have ever hired. Extremely knowledgeable; willing to explain; can do anything; charges very fairly; and is an all-around good guy. Almost makes me want to need a plumber. Very strongly recommended. read more

I don't really review many businesses on Yelp, but for this one I felt like they deserved it too much to not take 5 mins to write one out. I'm a first time homeowner who has absolutely no clue what he is doing. When I got a few plumbing issues literally a week after buying the house, Cherry Hill Plumbing responded quickly. Randy came out and fixed every issue, explained them thoroughly, and charged me less than I expected for the work that was done and the equipment that was installed. My dog really liked him too, and he is a good judge of character! Pleasant guys, fair prices, quality work. I'd highly recommend. Based on my experience with them this time around, I'll be a customer for all future needs. read more

Listen I can't tell you anything about prices or even about how quick their service is. But I can tell you I called them because I had a leak in my main service line into my condo in Mount laurel. They talked me thought it over the phone!! Told me how to fix it myself!!! Really. Who does that anymore. Total cost. Free!! Totally not what I was expecting calling a plumber. Do yourself a favor call them first. read more

Randy from Cherry Hill Plumbing came out to fix a leak. He determined that it was not a plumbing issue but rather a drywall/tile issue. He gave me a lot of advice and then did not charge me for the visit! He said he did not want to charge for something he did not fix! I am beyond impressed with Cherry Hill Plumbing!!! read more

Rich did a great job installing my new sink, garbage disposal, and faucet. His price was fair and the work was excellent.

Cherry Hill Plumbing provides affordable prices and excellent service. I had a major plumbing problem and Rich, the owner, directed me to call Public Works first because if the sewer problem I had was on the townships end then the township would pay for it. Unfortunately, the problem was on my end and Rich gave me a reasonable quote (cheapest out of three other places I called) and was able to squeeze me in on a Friday morning. He is very knowledgeable and willing to explain things as he worked. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs! He is now my go to guy! read more

Dave came to my recently purchased home in Moorestown today (in accordance with the date/time that I had arranged with Rich via email) to fix a broken kitchen garbage disposal, a missing stopper in a bathroom sink, and 2 bathtubs whose stoppers did not seal properly. He replaced all three stoppers and got the disposal working (without replacing it) in less than an hour. He was professional and efficient. I would certainly recommend Cherry Hill Plumbing for any residential plumbing repairs. read more

Called them up they managed to squeeze me in so had a guy at my house 10 minutes after i called. Had an old pipe that was corroded and cracked. They replaced it at a reasonable price and the guy was friendly. Highly Recommend calling them first I know I will from now on. read more

The Yelp reviews led me to call this company. Well... These guys are AMAZING, good-quality people. THANK YOU to the man with whom I spoke on the phone today. By telling me to simply tighten the packing nut near my water valve, you saved me lots of money that I would have had to spend for no reason! I had called Action Plumbing earlier today, and they wanted to charge me $95 just to "look" at the situation. They wouldn't listen to my description or give me an estimate of what it would have cost to insert a washer (which is what I had assumed the problem was), and this showed that they didn't care AT ALL about me as a person or potential customer. Instead, you showed humanity and made it clear that you didn't want to rip me off. Thank you!! I will recommend you to people who need plumbing repairs, and I will call you first in the future. Kudos on the stellar customer service. read more

(Our rating doesn't include their pricing, because their services were included in our home warranty.) They came out within an hour. They fixed the problem in 15 min. They were knowledgable, polite, and gave us lots of info. What more could we ask for? read more

We contact this company to replace the shut-off valve to our dishwasher. The owner (Richard) gave us a quote just by looking at the picture of the valve area that we sent to him. His price was very reasonable (Hutchinson was going to charge over $400 for the same job, and it was actually their technician who had messed up the valve in the first place). Richard came the next day and replaced the old valve with a brand new one within less than an hour. We are very pleased with his service and will definitely use him for our plumbing needs in the future. We highly recommend this company. read more

Cherry hill plumbing is amazing! So fast, nice, honest, and easy to work with. Both Richard and Randy were knowledgable and dependable. Really pleased with the work they did. Please call these plumbers if you are in need of great service. read more

They were excellent. I needed a disconnect and reconnect of my kitchen pipes ( for new countertops). The owner Rich came out twice. You can tell they are a honest company. They will quote you a price and stick with it and not nickel and dime you! I was very impressed with the work done vs the money they charge( in comparison) and just the genuine nature of this company! read more

A very good experience with Richie, the owner. He called me back quickly, we scheduled a visit on the day I needed it (I was flexible with time), he came, did the job, was polite and everything is good. read more

(The review doesn't include their pricing, because their services were included in our home warranty). After coming out in a timely fashion (plus), the plumber, who pointedly expressed his evangelical Christian views upon seeing a mezuzzah on the door of our home, proceeded to spend the rest of his visit proselytizing, calling our house a "McMansion that isn't built like they used to build houses" and quoted us about $15k for a total bathroom remodel. We found a different plumber who was able to fix two plumbing issues for a total of $2000, without insulting our home or our religious beliefs. read more

Received a call back within 10 minutes after calling first thing today (Monday) and leaving a detailed message. I didn't get the guy's name, but I suspect it was the owner. He told me he thought it was an issue with my main drain and that he didn't do that kind of work anymore. He recommended a couple of other companies who could handle that type of work. He spent his time explaining what I could most likely expect. I was super impressed and will look to use them for any plumbing needs in the future as I'm a new homeowner in the Cherry Hill region. read more

I called CHP to get a gas line installed. I was very happy that they immediately jumped on the opportunity to come out and take a look at the potential job. Two days later they came out and checked things out (Wednesday), and told me they'd have an estimate for me by the end of the week. Ten days went by and no one called. Giving them a chance to make things right I called and inquired about the delay and was told that they would call me as soon as possible (yesterday morning). I called again 5 minutes ago and asked again and was told that they "were going to pass on that". In summary, they forgot about me, and then decided to just drop the whole job. I'm 2 weeks behind my intended schedule for my gas-range installation and will be looking for a plumbing company that values their word and wants my business. read more

Thank you so much for fixing our kitchen sink. Your plumber, Randy, was excellent. He arrived early but close to the expected time so we didn't have to wait around. He was friendly, fixed our problem in no time and game me some great tips to make sure our clog didn't happen again. Even my cat liked him and my cat doesn't like anybody. Thanks so much for your help. The experience was painless and we definitely got our monies worth. Your rates were extremely reasonable. My only compliant is you guys answered our call too quickly. We had Randy out yesterday for a leak. He quickly found the problem, fixed it, and clearly explained everything, including the non-plumbing repairs we'd need. Randy was super professional and friendly. A real pleasure. He didn't even mind my 2 year old who kept getting in his way. haha! We will definitely use Cherry Hill Plumbing for any of our future plumbing needs. read more
